HarvesteR has some news...and some hope

That would be a merge of two of my favorite games. would be amazing! especially if you could build crew name them and change their voices and appearance like in Worms. -

Maybe from a graphics point of view. Everything else is a mess. Unless you think a base where orbital mechanics have proven to be an afterthought that can’t be fixed, is a good base for a KSP game. -

It can be purple gerbils instead for Kerbals for all I care, I’m more in it for what you can do in the game. or. The million dollar idea. CSP, Capibara Space Program think I’d get behind HarvesteR’s next project very fast even though I still feel butthurt from KSP2. -
You have to be kidding me? who hyped the hell out of this one with empty promises? updates in weeks not months? we are fully funded? No one is pulling the plug? Come on. This has Stockholm syndrome written all over it. Surely im not the only one who worked to pay those $50 I wasted for nothing. If he had any decency he’d open up to this amazing community here since day one and get real user feedback, it’s the only other tool other than a competent and well organized team, that he needed deliver the roadmap. T2 hired him and his team to deliver and he could’ve done it if he’d get his head out of his derrière and openly engage with the community in an honest matter, instead it’s been used car salesmen tactics and nothing delivered.

In a surprise to no one. Wish him best of luck to find what he’s good at, because this wasn’t it.

You should blame whoever invented participation trophies. -
Negative things about the game, development, and the silence
GGG-GoodGuyGreg replied to Izny's topic in KSP2 Discussion
Gee I hope this isn't going to be a Duke Nukem Forever type of development, all over again. By the end it was finally released they weren't sure exactly what they were releasing, or maybe the initial target group wasn't anymore interested after years of deception and restarting the progress. If that turns out to be true, I for one am going to consider KSP 1 has yet to receive a sequel, because this ain't it. -
I also took the liberty of contacting a lawyer, he says we have a case and he’s willing to negotiate the retainer.

Apparently it was available for free for educators, at least while IG was around. By email to [email protected] , if that one still works nowadays that is.- 16 replies

KSP 2 Prayers

Are you for real? -
This was EA only by name. It has been discussed before. The only part they gladly adopted from how an EA is typically done is that there are no refunds if there are no updates. Among many others that define an EA, they skipped implementing user feedback in future updates. They either knew all along what to build or they just winged it all along due to the lack of competence. and of course you have to be silent when you have nothing to show for after all this time.
