In my case, when a large reaction wheel was mounted at the bottom of a heavy rocket, on the launchpad the entire rocket was resting on it. It became compressed and sunk into the part above it, this caused the entire craft to wobble, and in some cases outright destroy itself. The setup I had was: a Mammoth II on the bottom, Lg reaction wheel, and an upside down XL to LG fuel tank

I am not using a low thrust engine, after creating a new campaign the issue resolved itself, but I suspect that as my save file gets larger the issue will manifest again.

Add an option, or automatic feature, that enables players to let their own creations spawn on the main menu screen. A variation of this idea could be to randomly select a spacecraft in orbit around a celestial body, and automatically generate a main menu screen featuring that craft. Another tangent - perhaps the pre-existing main menu crafts could be in orbit around other bodies in the various systems in KSP2. It would be amazing to see a space station orbit Jool, or Glumo on the main menu screen

Undocking spacecraft causes lose of signal to the undocked craft.

I also experienced this same bug, however toggling the antenna did not work for me. -
The updated maneuver node following the 0.1.1.0 patch no longer works. Dragging prograde on the node eventually stops extending the orbit line. This typically occurs during an ascent of a planet. Creating a maneuver node at the apoapsis of the parabola as a ship is ascending ceases to function properly. In addition, there is no longer a 'next orbit' button, and visually the older maneuver node looked much better.

Whenever an autosave is loaded, the game freezes when the tooltip: "Never leaving Eve" Appears.

The descending and ascending nodes do not appear on the orbit line once a target has been selected. Going to the tracking station and then controlling a vessel fixes this.

This issue persisted before the 0.1.1 patch. When a rocket is loaded onto any launch pad, the camera acts weird. Instead of panning around the rocket when you move the mouse side to side, the camera instead tilts left to right depending on the mouse movement. This issue only occurs when loading from the VAB. Reverting to launch always fixes the issue
