Hi guys, I made a Flash animation this last semester in school. It's a Kerbalized "Gravity" parody. Let me know what you think! Click! I should also add that this is still semi-work in progress. I have one more scene I plan to add when I get the time.

Hi guys, I took a Principles of 2D Animation this quarter at Art Institute, and for my final I chose to use a Kerbal as my character. I am pretty happy with how it turned out, and I thought I'd share it with you all. This is entirely hand drawn, then digitized with a DSLR and combined into separate animated movies in Monkey Jam, then composited in Premiere Pro. It's 300+ drawings and took me probably more than 40 hours of work in all. Anyway, I hope you enjoy it. Thanks for looking! And thanks Squad for the inspiration!

Pics would make more people interested Sorry I can't help with the nodes... the system has completely changed since the last time I modded.

This is so awesome, thanks for making this! Definitely going to use it to monitor my fuel and monopropellant. -
How long has your save game been running?
TerranCmdr replied to XenonSpark's topic in KSP1 Discussion
I start a new save with every major release, as there's usually enough feature changes to warrant remaking most of my spacecraft. -
I like being able to keep track of exactly what version and where I have KSP installed, so I am enduring the KSP store for now. It's definitely not as bad as it used to be. Also I'm not sure if this is an issue or not but I hate having to re-assign all my controls on my joystick every time there is an update, so I keep my settings.cfg and transfer it over to each new version.

Super cool flags everyone! If anyone needs help resizing theirs, feel free to PM me and I can fix it for you in Photoshop.

What is most important for you when making ships

I try to make mine as cool and interesting looking as possible. Then, when those fail, I start taking it apart piece by piece until it does. -

You are the man, I can't believe how often you add new features to the most handy plugin I have installed! Thank you once again for your great work! -

Protractor - Rendezvous Plugin - Under New Management!

Can I just say that the closest approach column is probably the most useful thing ever for getting to other planets? Thank you so much for this excellent mod! I'm aiming to have a satellite orbiting every body by the end of the week. -
EvSat I in position. Next up is GilSat, then to tackle Duna, eventually with a lander.
-
Finally got a satellite around Moho. Special thanks to mrenigma03 for his awesome Protractor mod!

I love this update, but I might be having memory leak issues which causes it to crash pretty constantly. Eagerly awaiting 0.17.1. I have managed to make it to Eve though, that was pretty awesome.
-
If you have RCS you could also try thrusting into the ground when you touch down.
-
I keep mine at stock for simplicity sake. Probably going to start using NovaPunch again soon though as it's proving difficult for me to make rockets large enough for interplanetary travel without them falling apart. The only mod I have been using is Protractor in order to make planetary transfers easy.
-
I suppose it can depend on what system you're playing on, but it shouldn't be impossible to go interplanetary. I've done Eve just fine with almost zero lag, even on the launchpad. As I understand it though, Unity has certain restrictions at the moment so your system can only be so good. And my system is probably only upper-midrange at best. 8gb of RAM that I'm not sure Unity can even use, and only one core of my 6-core processor. I would say play with some settings to see if you can reduce your lag a bit. I know on my AMD card, AA kills it, so I keep it low.

More money for the devs really. Once this game is fully complete and optimized, people will be lining up to buy it at full price. Your friend just lost a good deal on this great game in my opinion. I mean it's only in alpha stages and is already providing countless hours of gameplay. If you're running mods that are lagging down your computer by the way, that's not really Squad's fault. Just my $.02.

[Short Clip] Novapunch - The Minimus Abort
TerranCmdr replied to The Destroyer's topic in KSP1 Discussion
Slideshows on YouTube really bother me. It's not a video. You could easily use a Tumblr or something instead. -
I've been having the same issues with my fuel tanks collapsing.
