  1. Me... lmao no just kidding im like probably my 4th fave ksp youtube guy. There are a few people not on that list, your missing the youtubers that made this game so popular in the first place: TheWinterOwl KurtJMac HOCGaming TheSolarGamer OperationDX Chickenkeeper and myself, PleborianLives to anyone who has no idea who these people are, we were the media group that promoted the game from 0.13 all the way until release.. while i cant deny the current generation of ksp youtubers is top notch the ones who came before were just as good and have a special place in my heart..

  4. tonight will mark the return to glory for the first time in 6 years, everything is set up and ready. this return has been a long time coming so anyone new or old is welcome to join me as i rediscover one of the greatest simulation/games I have ever played. Details can be found on the first page for date and time, if for some reason you miss out and would like to watch the stream it will be cut down into 20 minute segments and moved to its own playlist after the stream has finished.   11. there was a ton of stuff I missed explaining as I got further into the mission concentration gets the better of you sometimes.

Using Tiberdynes mod as a shuttle base is pretty good, but the way the engines flail around really annoys the hell out of me... the problem with all shuttles in ksp is the balancing issues and without engines that accommodate for the change in direction of thrust makes shuttles REALLY hard, or so I thought... once upon a time there was this mod: http://forum.kerbalspaceprogram.com/threads/29661-TT-s-Mod-Releases-JOYSTICK-VTOL-CONTROL-Pitch-Vector-Engine-2-with-pegasus-engine%21 as far as im aware it still works, these allow you to build proper launch engines that will give youcontrol both during the launch and seperation stages (where the change in direction is important) for further reference:
  13. jump drives eh? im slowly but surely creating a mod that will utilize this technology nicely for those unaware, this is a WIP of the machine from the film contact. using this jumpdrive it could actually make the thing work like it does in the movie

  15. so I seriously cannot get my own custom kerbal suits in the game.... the help file and instructions are just not making sense to me, from what I understand we have this folder type of folder setup: now from the readme, this is exactly how my folders should look, I have tried moving it from folder to folder (all 3 of the main kerbs + the generic folder) but no dice.... no log in the console anything... please help me
  16. ahhh so KMP has some competition eh ? from what your showcase vids show us it seems that things like rover racing and atmos formation flying will be much more stable here than in in KMP (ships tend to jut all around the place). will be watching this thread quite closely
  17. As much as the idea of multiplayer excites me (and is possibly one of the biggest features im looking forward to), I wouldnt mind a resource system first. I mean chances are we will actually see them before multiplayer simply because MP is a feature that is gonna be developed AFTER the game is complete which if im not mistaken means after resources, I could be wrong and whatever direction the devs approch it from is fine with me

  19. never gets old seeing that, nearly 3000m/s my rockets only dream of reaching that kind of speed on launch
  20. found a bug with weird consequences, map looks like this: World looks like this: caused by adding a test cloud round the launchpad... the world looks pretty awesome like that and it seemed to not have any negative hits on my pc
  21. aww man I remember this, did this actually release at any point because I always wanted to try it
  22. what I meant was, when another player takes off/starts moving they disappear off my screen and dont reappear until the other players craft is completely still (or in orbit), this means that while I can see and interact with another player while still, I wanna be able to race and dogfight which seems impossible to do unless sync happens pretty much all the time
  23. are there any plans to allow users to sync while throttled up? been testing the newest build (excellent as with the previous versions) however its obvious that plane/rover/rocket racing is currently impossible and would love to be able to crash.. erm I mean watch others fly by
