I remember about a year ago someone made a mod with Mass Effect ships and EA pulled the DRM card on Squad and got it taken down. I know that Squad wouldn't stand a chance against their lawyers, but it still does change the fact that EA was wrong to do what they did.

I took the "get to a higher altitude" route and that works. I'm on my way to duna now. Need to figure out the best approach altitude now.

As you can see, Mechjeb is having me burn retrograde to my orbit, which is causing me to fall into the planet. It looks to me that by the time I'm halfway done with the burn I'll be a crater. What am I doing wrong or how can I avoid this? This always happens when I try to send large ships to other planets.

inb4 EA sues.

What's a recomended flight plan? I had this mod once before and I recall that accelerating to full throttle ripped the ship apart.

Did you forget the .craft for the Cairo? EDIT: Good news. I used mechjeb to get the engine section into orbit and it worked beautifully. The design of the launch vehicle is awesome, reminds me of a lotus plant. Also the engine stage has 10 THOUSAND dV. I'm not expert on interplanetary travel but I think that translates to 2 planets and back again.

You're not the first to make a space station "kit". Good job though. I like these kinds of craft because then you don't spend 4 hours building a basic station.

It doesn't have an interior yet IIRC.

Because everything in KSP is only a fraction to scale with real life. Kerbin is a lot smaller than Earth IIRC.
