Okay, what does the latin stuff mean?

Automatic Orbiter

i Have run a few test and have to say that the effectiveness of a Gravity Turn depends on the rocket. If you got a nice slim rocket without any boosters strapped to it, the Gravity turn works nicely. As soon as you have thrust that is not centered however the rocket turns so rapidly that you crash back to the launch pad. In that case you need the SAS to fight the wobble. But once you're over 10km you can turn off the SAS and the gravity turn does the rest. -
The thing is that the Launch Orbit Calculator is experimental. I don't really know if it actually works as intended. So reversing the thing is is kind of a problem. But in the end you can always circularize your orbit and then get yourself into a Hohmann Orbit of sorts. Through the idea of building a calculator to get yourself from one elliptic orbit into another is in the making, by the plan to make something of a chained orbit transfer calculator.

I would guess that its either rounding errors or errors in the precision of the various constants that are needed for the actual calculating. Like the radius of the planet, its gravity or its mass. All needed for correct calculations and if one is wrong, the calcs are incorrect. So in the end we are working with what we have. Until the devs come out and correct the values we have that is.

I could throw you an invite.

Plane Change is planned, but, like the launch orbit calculator currently not very viable without readings to confirm that you have done a plane change. There is a bi-elliptic transfer orbit calculator planned, as well as a calculator where you can calculate a series of orbital maneuvers. 3D is currently not planned as it would need a good amount of coding that I currently can't do.

I fully support this product and/or service. It is a really nice part and just about perfect for the times when a rickety ol' radial decoupler is too floppy. I just had a rocker with eight stacks of large fuel tanks around a 2m tank and an SAS on top of each large fuel tank. It was perfectly stable.

Sorry, but the Nerd Police has to confiscate your Nerd Card.

Looks really good there. I'm going to give it a try.

That is no moon... Sorry, someone had to say it.
