  1. Your rover is too narrow. These wheels turn like tanks do, i.e. one side goes forward and the other backward.
  2. Nice replica! But maybe cant the wings upwards slightly? Cheers!
  3. Also IIRC there's a mod allowing you to change the soundtrack. Cheers.
  4. Just move those swept wings back until the CoL and CoM spheres aren't overlapping. Should do it. Cheers.
  5. Can I say those are some of the most beautiful fighters I've ever seen designed in KSP! And beautiful video as well! Would you consider posting the craft files Cheers!
  6. I really enjoyed that video. Very informative. Cheers!
  7. Guys, guys guys! KSP made it to #5 of Nerd3's "Totally Not Poop Games of 2015" Awards! Ahead of Cities: Skyline and friggin' FALLOUT 4 ! Congrats SQUAD!
  8. Nice, glad you kept/get to keep it!.. Also I got to this thread by the new "Popular now" forum feature :'D Cheers!
  9. Not really. I think it's part of what SQUAD is aiming for in 1.1.. Don't take my word for it but I believe it's coming. Yes, and no. 64 bit will be an additional executable shipped, so 32 bit isn't going anywhere. Savegames and all stock parts and workings have nothing to do with you running the 32bit or the 64bit. So no change there, and savegames should even be interchangeable as far as I know. Cheers! P.S: There are several threads discussing 64bit/unity5 wit far more thorough and knowledgeable explanations. I suggest you look around the forums a little.
  10. If I recall correctly, what Unity 5 brings to the table is a proper Win x64 debugger. This will enable actually figuring out what's wrong and patching those bugs, hence the not a "cure all". I fully expect x64 to ship along with 1.1 though. Cheers!
  11. Old links are back! it's redirecting correctly now from google, and from within the forum
  12. Yaay, forums!

But it's not, is it? The actual forums aren't up yet, just this weird facebook lite thing.

Yeah, wow this works much faster than the old vBulletin, and it looks like 2015 and not a 2000's era forum which is nice. Just waiting for the threads to appear :P

Not a fan of so much whitespace.  Not all of us browse the web with a web-browser maximized to take up a full 27" monitor.

  13. Hey BD, First off let me say that you're super duper awesome and your mods make KSP for me (and countless others I'm sure!). Now, I'm not nagging for any earlier release or change of plans concerning the armory, but I'd like to know if 1.1 being delayed changes anything for the mod. I know you've been wanting to wait for the new UI and all. Thanks for all the modding, Cheers!
  14. I had that happen back in 1.04. Never got around to debugging it, so I don't know what caused it. Re-installing (I think when 1.05 came around) fixed it completely though. It was the exact same problem. Cheers!
  15. There's a ripple rate for missiles and bombs. But you probably mean for the guns ?
  16. I think the issue here is that atmospheres in KSP are rather small and cut off too fast. it's either you're in deep enough , losing speed and such, or too high with barely any aerodynamic effect. I've been wrong before though. Cheers!
  17. Rods From The Gods This is a mod. However I don't see why you couldn't jerry rig it in stock. I mean, it's KSP.. You can jerry rig just about anything hehe. Welcome to the neighborhood and Cheers!
  18. @KerbMav I think this is the most sensible idea I've yet to hear on this (first time I come across it). I think that's sure to keep - if not make things more fun ! Cheers!
  19. Don't open the chutes that high. They'll rip. And too fast for you to notice what happened. I open my chutes at around 6000m maybe, or like 350 m/s max speed. Cheers!
  20. First, go in the ksp folder, and just copy the 'saves' folder to somewhere else. Anywhere really, desktop would work fine. That is to backup your saves. Second, you should tell us what operating system you are on. Lastly, yes, an uninstall/reinstall would work for sure. If you do that, don't forget to copy back your 'saves' folder into the ksp main folder in order to restore your saves. Cheers! P.S: I use steam so I can't give you any advice regarding the launcher/patcher. But reinstalling is will fix it for sure.
  21. Congrats and welcome, new kerbonaut! I'd like to add to what has been said and tell you that the 64bit issue on windows will be addressed at some point in the future (maybe even as soon as in the next two updates!). However, on Linux the 64bit version is perfectly stable! Cheers!
