Hi, guys. I'm currently developing a mod, but I can't quite seem to get mesh colliders to work in Unity. When I try to give the mesh a collider, it doesn't do anything. Nothing happens if i change and of the options either. However, if I try to use, say, a capsule collider, it works completely fine. Any idea why this is happening? thanks.

It's just a small shuttle-like alien pod. Think of it as some kind of kraken ship. Here's an image to give you an idea: http://imgur.com/cxJFrMo Note: I'll try to use reflective shaders plugin to get the gooey effect in that photo to transfer to KSP. I used a shader on the sculpting program, but it won't transfer to unity.

So I have a few questions: A): Is 5464 tris too much for the ship? (it will be an all-in-one pod/wing/engine with infinite fuel). : is there any way to make the entire part reflective? I did this in Sculptris and I don't know if it will behave well in Unity. C): Would you guys be interested in seeing the model so far? Thanks!

Okay, so, this is a new challenge, incase you get bored. The basic idea is to mess the game up as much as possible! This includes krakens, kerbal spiders, missing letters, whatever. anything goes. The only rules are: no mods that add extra parts or change mechanics. This includes stuff like FAR and KW rocketry. There's no way of scoring, just try to mess things up! Tips: Fullscreen the loading window and alt+tab. Land on kerbals. Mess with physwarp! Good luck! (I don't really think I need a proof-of-concept for this one, but I'm sure I could post one if you want.) I know it may sound ridiculous, but could someone erect a stunt park for planes? such as hoops to fly through or narrow spaces to fly through? -

Yeah, sorry about that. I was posting it here since I was going to post the craft later on, but was verifying wether or not it's a bug, so I don't release and, then look like a maniac. -

I don't know what I have made, or how I made it, but... I made a plane that goes all the way up to mach 13, fast enough to fling it out past Jool. I may have accidentally made a new krakendrive, but it does not move when you stop, so I don't think that's it... Anyways: Here's an Imgur album.
