  1. Any idea why I\'m prompted for a password when I try to extract this to my KSP folder??? Never had a problem with any other part extractions before.
  2. Hmm, may have been one of my other Kerbals. Can\'t remember which of the five EVA\'d, but one sure did. Glad I was able to get him back so he could meet his demise in glorious fashion.

  4. Help! I successfully rescued three stranded souls on the Mun... Bob, however, decided to test the limits of his RCS pack while enroute to the rescue ship. His final forward velocity may never be known, but it was an impressive dust cloud when he hit. :\'( Anyway, so I\'m on my way back to Kerbin, but Genevin\'s camera shot is blocking the Time Warp selections! I can\'t warp without EVAing him. Any idea on what to do, or am I outta luck? BTW, I love this crew capsule!! Excellent addition- thanks! Pic attached: ETA: CRAP... found out I could juuuuuuust barely hit the max time warp. It worked..., but I hadn\'t put myself in Munar orbit yet. I went \'splode right into a ridge. lol

  7. Once I get a few more landings under my belt I\'ll simplify the design. Just wanted to make sure I could land and get back! 8)
  8. Unfortunately, that\'s what she said. ;P Yeah, it\'s pretty small, but it handles like a 747. My first launch proved that I needed a LOT more RCS tanks as it\'s heavily dependent on them. I think that now that I know what I\'m doing I could probably ditch some fuel to keep it lighter. I\'ve created a new ship for Minimus...it\'s a monster. Loads of fuel on that one, more than I need! However, the only time you have too much fuel is when you\'re on fire. 8)
  9. Thanks! Got me there with quite a bit of fuel to spare. The lander isn\'t the most glamorous thing out there, but it got the job done. The lander handles like a bus, but I wanted a wide stance for landing as my other attempts tipped over a lot.
  10. We\'ve landed on the Mun!!!!!! Intrepid ML V (Mun Lander) On the surface: Sadly, the brave crew was lost in space. They are currently orbiting Kerbin without fuel. Had plenty of fuel leaving the Mun, but Mission Control, having never had to worry about their return, miscalculated the burn and left them stranded. So long, brave crew.
  11. No, actually I haven\'t installed it yet. I wanted to make sure I was going to do it right before hand so I didn\'t have the game lock up. I installed the PowerSat and it was working - kinda - then kept the game from loading the next time I loaded it. Didn\'t want to make the same mistake again, haha. Thank you!
  12. Forgive me, I\'m new to plug-ins and want to make sure I\'m doing this right: I paste the MuMechLib.dll in my KSP Plug-ins folder. I paste the mumech_hullcam folder in my KSP Parts folder. Is that correct?? Sorry for beeing a noob. =P

  14. I\'m having some issues trying to find my NovaPunch pack. I just bought the game last night and installed v15.1. I downloaded the NovaPunch Beta on the first page. Installed it just as I do for all the other parts: Extracted to > KSP > Parts Problem is that NONE of these awesome parts are there. I used to play this game a looong time ago before it got 'graphics hungry.' I had to quit playing it due to my slower computer. I got a new computer yesterday and this game was the first thing I bought. I remember all of these, or most of them, parts from back then and I loved them. Can anyone help me figure out what\'s wrong? ETA: Thought I\'d mention that I have extracted several other parts packs the same way and they all appear in-game as they should.
  15. I just stick an SAS module between the decoupler and the fuel tanks. Stops the fuel flow from the center main tanks and lets the radial engines suck from their own tanks.

  17. And in case you're not sure what symmetry mode is, it's the small circle in the top left corner of the screen. Clicking in the circle shows how many of whatever part you're using will be displayed/attached.
  18. The prototype works, albeit with some serious stability issues. Need to work on that, then get this into space. It can also carry satellites with the proper decoupler, but who gives a damn about that? PS: Slug - I would suggest modifying the explosive bolt plate so that it allows you to stick boosters and such on it as well. Despite my general ineptitude I'm going to try modding it myself

  20. CaptainSlug, you said that if the PLF halves 'wiggle' during flight to stiffen them with a strut. Well, my latest design peels open like a banana during flight, lol. I can't get the struts to attach to the PLF halves. How do you go about attaching them? They just float through the panels and won't attach to anything. ???

  22. Can anyone spell out how to get into KSP, find the explosive bolt files and change the force? I, too, have managed to severely cripple the Kerbal's tele-communication abilities by destroying every satellite I've sent up from the 'sploding panels.
