Hey, my friends were still using 56k dial up. Of course there wasn't anything like modern video sharing. AMV's, however, were made and distributed through alternate means. In modern times, it's all about the streams.

Unless the moderators coordinate over skype (maybe they do for logistical reasons) that's not as likely on larger forums. When your fellow moderator lives in Cape Town, it's not that easy to plot a massive conspiracy. Plus, anime forum? I stopped frequenting AMV forums for one reason... Crack ships: Need I say more. Disclaimer: I may have helped with some AMV's. (I promise it wasn't anything like Amorra... 'shudders')

The mods on MP.net don't plot against users. Due to the inherent nature of their forum, it's a necessary evil to ban all trolls.

Have you ever heard of the Militaryphotos.net forums? The mods there (especially Hollis) banish anyone at the slightest hint of trolling. Those AIM-9X missiles are completely outdated. KATEC only fields AA-11 archers, AIM-56 Falcons, and AMRAAMS. PM EladDV for a download of a missile, as he also possesses the complete set of weapons. I agree. Of course, the last restart wasn't a total loss. The rocket builder subforum is experiencing a sort of renaissance, lately. (And, ironically, it's even more militarized than before, which I may have played a role in. It's the hydra: cut off one head, and two replace it.)
