Create an air breathing plane that can sustain over 800 m/s of leval flight while flying at least 20 km for at least 10 minutes. This must use ONLY the stock air-breathing engines without any thrust assistance including but not limited to taking off. And thirdly the plane mus take off the runway and cannot take off on the launch pad. You MAY use mods for wings and anything other than engines. I would guess laythe does have at least some internal heat given it's islands.

Ever since 0.17 came out, I've have been speculating at this for quite some time and want to know what you think... What are the planets made out of? How did they form? Why does Eve look like that?!?! And basically questions like this. Based on what the planets around kerbol look like, What do you think they are composed of? Duna seems to be made up mostly of iron given it's rusty, mars like color; I think that Eve might have a gaseous iodine atmosphere given that it is purple. What do you think?

That was my point... we need spend more on exploration and development instead of wasting our lives away with a military budget larger than the rest of the world's combined.

We need to cut our military budget, raise spending for research and development, and quit acting like we own the world!!! If all the countries could just work together on this small planet, I swear we could achieve things beyond your wildest dreams.

It currently takes more energy to produce antimatter than antimatter creates so it will probably be some time before any thing like that happens. I remember reading somewhere that there is a nuclear pulse design that could get us to proxima centauri in 50 years but I forget where.

I was born during that time too, I'm pretty exited.
