  1. ...strange... Just downloaded the updated and I am no longer forced into first person while inside the vehicle. Jumping out and walking around is first person, but when inside, I can switch from IVA to normal. Is there a config I have to change?

  3. So basically what you are saying is that the kerbol system is in fact inside a black hole, and everything that happens is happening super slowly because it is proximity to the center, and when it eventually reaches it, Jebnix will be released?

I have had a read through the previous posts but didn't seem to find a mention about this, if I missed it I apologies in advanced: What are peoples thoughts on/the ability to have running programs on vessels that are not the active vessel? For example, a probe would be able to perform course corrections midway through a planet transfer without having to set an alarm/switching to the vessel?
  5. I think I would lean towards a toolbar integrated GUI which would just have all the right click options that are normally available when you right click on a kerbal.

  9. Looks good to me. Talking about the loss of connection for probes, would it be worth having a command that has the ability to check (true or false) as to whether the probe has connection or not?
  10. It was locale code I was attempting to when that error was popping up, but if you are stating your compromise as a bug fix, then I am very much for it!
  11. Does anybody know of any script that would allow me to calculate phase-angles and/or ejection angles for transfers to other bodies? I have been trying different approaches and I just can't seem to get anything to stick! Any help would be much appreciated.
  12. I have been testing your .11 pre-release and I think I have found a bug... kOS sees a crewed pod with no stages as a probe core with no connection to KSP. Test set-up as follows: 1 man pod & kOS part held aloft by a launch stabilizer. run "STAGE.", everything runs fine, pod drops to the floor, now no stages are present. Type "STAGE." again, or any other code, and the following is returned "signal interrupted. Transmission lost."
  13. HURRAY!!!! As well as space shuttles, I've started playing only through IVA, so I was using KOS for setting up maneuver nodes as well as launching probes, and was hoping that at some point I would be able to save on screen real estate by integrating the code window into one of the screens present in the cockpit.
  14. Is there any thought or development into combining the input screen of this with the rastaerpropmonitor mod?
  15. Just a small headsup, I found to spelling errors in your science definitions. The runway definition has "furing" instead of "during", and Ike says "Th" instead of "The". Hope these help.

  17. yeah, lazor mod has some kind of first person, and the glasses you mention are the BBI first person view mod. The difference between the two is that lazor actually allows you to move around, the other doesn't if i remember correctly

  19. Here's a question for you. How does one recover a vessel while in IVA view? And how does one go EVA from IVA view?

  21. Well put. The tech requirement for the drill is basic rocketry. Seeing as it's purpose is for proves to be able take surface samples, perhaps it would be better to introduce it at the same level as some of the probe bodies? Just a thought.
  22. I had just started a new save saying I would only play from cockpit view. I guess this will just enforce that I don't cheat! Now if only I could find a first person mod for EVA, then I could truly become 1 with the kerbal. I'll let you know how I get along.
