  1. Is it really worth your time making another part then? As I said its your mod and therefore your choice but I wouldn't want you busting a gut making a new part, only to find out that it it has the same lag.
  2. I am just wondering, how long does it for the physics lag to wear off? Unless it is stupidly long I don't see any reason to relive all those frustrations making a new model just for the sake of saving a couple of seconds when loading. Anyway that is just my two cents. Obviously I don't know how bad the bug is; and I don't want to seem pushy to force you to release an unfinished mod; I just don't want you getting overly frustrated.
  3. ATV as in Automated Transfer Vehicle?
  4. I second that, I can just about second guess when following these instructions but I get stuck when Exporting to KSP
  5. Did you say you had MechJeb? If you do use it to see the mass of your modified lander and see how it compares to the normal Altair
  6. Your modified lander is probably too heavy for Ares V to launch into lunar orbit
  7. Did you find a way to load the SRB into the game? If not I'd be happy to help as I have around 3 months to kill (I know very little about modeling but I am sure I could learn a fair amount in that time)
  8. If you have the PMA attached to your station, no matter where it is, the soviet docking ports wont work.
  9. Amazing models and textures as usual, however I have found a few mistakes with the .cfg files. The Diamant third stage is named as 'Stage 2', also the Asterix probe is not named correctly. In the .cfg says 'subcategory = A-1 "Asterix" satellite' instead of 'name = A-1 "Asterix" satellite'
  10. Is it the 5m diameter Atlas V? " At 5 meters, a stage can accept dual RD-180 engines.... The proposed heavy-lift vehicle is "Atlas Phase 2" or "PH2".... The Atlas PH2 HLV would launch a payload mass of approximately 70 metric tons into an orbit of 28.5 degree-inclination"
  11. Upgrading to 0.20.2 is a guaranteed fix
  12. This is good to see, i'm always a fan of extra probe parts.
  13. Curious to know, how this project is coming along?
  14. The second stage is coming along nicely. One question, will the model be 5m in diameter when it is released or will it be scaled down 64%?
  15. That looks great, I've been looking tor an Atlas V mod for a while now, good job!
  16. If everyone updated to KSP 0.20.2 and KW 2.4 then no one will have problems. The node problems are due to the 0.20.0 "scale = 1" bug
  17. Take as much time as you need, its your mod afterall
  18. Don't worry, people watch it but don't always comment. I'm eagerly looking forward to the release. Keep up the good work!!
