There is difference between Theories and Scientific Theories. I can't believe that some people still deny Evolution.

Plants and animals aren't "designed". They are shaped by the environment they live in. This is called Evolution. The use of Theories in sciences is different than Theories in every day live

Religion was invented to explain things we couldn't explain. I see no need to have Religions in a time where we know the real answers trough real Science. And BossSquirrelz is right, it gets in the way of science.

Imagine the Americans had just kept their saturn fleet in service. They could have used the Saturn 1 to get into LEO, modify the CM/SM by giving it a lighter heat shield and a smaller service module for LEO missions. The Saturn V would get a few different versions and upgrades for different tasks. But no they had to develop a completely useless shuttle.

Im glad that the shuttle is gone and i hope that the SLS gets actually build. It could complete the goals set for the Saturn V before it got cancelled, like building a Moonbase and i love the L2 station.

This is NOT true and if you would have looked it up you would know that this is only a conspiracy theory. Before Gagarin only dogs were launched and most of them came back alive.

Every failed launch is huge setback for Spaceflight in general. It wouldn't be very funny.
