So, you went to My Account > Kerbal Space Program (look to the right) > Transfer to steam? It gave me a steam key without problem. That is rather strange. Also, once you transfer to steam, the steam key should be below "Products Purchased"

Just a few minutes ago, I opened the computer for the first time to clean the inevitable horror awaiting me. Note that this computer is five years old. I found a sticker across the panel opening which leads me to believe this computer hasn't been opened up before. The reason why I haven't cleaned it yet is because it previously was my dad's computer for the last four years and he is a hands-off type of person. It didn't surprise me much that this computer was never opened up before. Already, I am noticing that the fan is extremely quiet (I had to make sure it was still running!). Can I expect a noticeable increase in performance? Note that when I opened up the console, the heat sink was virtually buried in dust.

Damn it! I don't need to get addicted to another pointless game. Dammnnnn yoooouuuuuu!

Why would anyone want to do that? If people really don't like career mode, all they have to do is ignore it.

Also, if you have the time and patience, I would actually recommend building your own computer. You save money and get to customize the computer to have it the way YOU want it. If you are interested, there are plenty of videos on youtube that have a detailed description of how to build computers.

This happened when I was landing a rover to scout a safe flat area for kethane drilling. On descent I noticed something strange to the north of my landing path which I quickly realized was an arch: After I made a few corrections, I managed to land right near it: I didn't actually know where the munar arches were located and never really had an incentive to find them.

I don't generally build large rockets because my computer is relatively low end. The largest rocket I am using so far is to launch the core for a reusable interplanetary ship that holds 4 kerbals. It weighs just over 500 tons.

I once had a similar thing happen. When I landed 20 kerbals on the moon, I got them out to take a picture. Around the 15th one, the screen suddenly turned black and the altimeter went berserk (it did not remain at a constant altitude, though). That, unfortunately, permanently ruined that file. I believe my case has been around for a while as it was observed by Danny2462 in version 0.17

I would agree with what you're saying but when Minecraft was in beta, it was still receiving (fairly large) changes. More so near the end of the beta.

The answer is yes but it is really hard. To get both ports to dock, everything must be perfectly aligned.

KSP has been in development for a real long time I have noticed. I think it's in alpha or beta.

Theoretically, it may take a little more Delta V but not to the point that it would be noticable. It all depends on the speed at which Ike is orbiting which I believe is not very fast.

The title is basically my question. I would like to know how to add or edit kerbal names. Are names randomly generated or is there a predetermined list somewhere? If so, would it be possible to edit the list? Thanks in advance.

It's not that I take precautions for the kerbals, it's that I design rockets that work on the first try. I pride myself with being able to make a rocket properly on my first try.

So I have a mission to duna well planned out at this point. I have a mother ship that uses a quad adapter to have 4 Atomic engines attached to a large fuel tank. In order to get it into orbit, I attached fuel tanks beneath the engines with 4 decouplers and an inverted quad adapter below it. When I had to jettison the fairings for the atomic engines, all four engines detached from the ship. I suspect that the fairings are to blame. Is there a way I can fix this?

I suspect my fan needs to be replaced because it always is making a sound even when I am not running anything. Am I correct in saying this?

How do I know which processes I am allowed to close out without screwing up the computer temporarily? (it has happened) Oh and it's 93 processes

Nowadays, I feel as though my computer is running slower than it used to (and it probably is). I am not really an expert at computer maintenance so I need your help. Specs: Windows Vista x64 based Processor- AMD Phenom 8450 Triple-Core Processor, 2100 Mhz, 3 Core(s), 3 Logical Processor(s) RAM- 4 GB total Graphics Card- ATI Radeon HD 3200 Grahpics Ask me if any more information is necessary. Here are the problems I am observing: I can hear the fan running inside the console. It sounds like its working hard. Something seems to be eating up RAM in the background: You can see that nearly half of the ram is being used for some reason. I have all windows closed out. The task manager is the only one running. Calling all people knowledgeable in this matter to comment on why you think my computer may be running slowly.

Yeah, I was kind of mad but it was also funny. Luckily, I didn't have that much in that game yet so I didn't lose that many things.

What image editor do you use to make these?
