I think the frame would have to be a prism of some sort. If you hung it from the top corners the weight should self right it. If you got really creative with framing and weights you might even be able to get the rocket above the balloon, but that would be a lot of weight.

I have no clue what 30Rock is really about, but someone just called Hawkeye on it. (Ok, not actually Hawkeye, but the actor who played Hawkeye is playing someone in this episode)

I have made a helicopter. Although it seems to throw an engine off and lose four tanks of fuel on take off. Here is what is left, flies fairly stable at 111m until you throttle down to land (with big explosions, but the command pod survived when I did). I made it with two standard jet engines, one gets thrown off and it flies on one. I put more struts on it and this time both engines stayed on it. I flew up to 500m, got bored and decoupled the command pod to parachute down. The rest of it is still flying around 5 minutes later. One of the jets flew off and it seems to have stabilized around 200m.

I believe that the fuel lines do what you are asking. You want to take fuel from outer stages to power inner stages so that you can have all of your engines run at once and dump the ones that run out of fuel correct?

This is certainly some interesting wing flexing going on here. Update: The plane just randomly exploded while sitting on the ground. It never went on rails. I did not switch craft. I think I broke it.

Ok, if this helps, the order from base to claw goes rotor, rotor, hinge, hinge, hinge, cylinder, hinge, hinge, hinge, cylinder, hinge, hinge, claw. Each set of two or three hinges are in the same group. Same for the double rotors.

I\'ve got this claw truck thing. More pictures. Edit: I think this is the truck. I have Claw Truck through Claw Truck 3 in the folder. Takes the cart mod, damned robotics, and MechJeb. May need some updating to .15 too. Edit 2: Let\'s see if I can remember to attach the file this time.

I decided to make a T-tail plane. So I made a nice long fuselage, then started sticking wings on. I may have gone a little overboard with the wings. It lands at less than 40 m/s, and it takes off before I think to watch what speed it takes off at. It cruises around 13km and flies at over 300 m/s; due to the positive AOA I have on the wings for it to fly completely level the nose actually has to be pointed downward at about 2º. This thing also has insane glide capabilities. The only problem is that it maybe should have slightly more vertical stabilizer area to help prevent side slip, but it really isn\'t bad. I have two versions attached, one with a MechJeb attached, and one that is completely stock in 0.15. Early morning take off. Coming in for a landing on the other side of the ocean. I kind of forgot to get pictures of the plane on the ground on the other side of the ocean and taking off again. Here it is coming in for a landing back at KSC. Due to the insane gliding capabilities of this thing I just barely managed to touchdown and stay on the runway. It was still trying to get back off the ground at 35m/s.

So I decided to make a plane with a T-tail. I think my proportions are slightly off.

So I found this on Youtube today. All of the fireworks for a 15 minute show, going off in about 30 seconds.

I managed to get the cart up to 300ish m/s per second on Minmus. Then I tried to turn, blew up my engine and went flying 3/4 of the way around the rock, I think I managed to fly up to about 14km

One of these is wrong, I just know it.

I\'d rank it up with RCT and the Civ series in terms of how fun it is.

I believe the T is tetrameters, correct?
