So I'm kinda confused as to what you mean by the mission brief, but I have a craft to turn the memorial into a second beacon. The Armstrong Illumination Craft, it comes with four small unmanned lighted probes to light the sides of the memorial up. Granted, but it comes with a virus that renders your computer nonfunctional and unrepairable. I wish I knew how to dock things in KSP.
