I do only use it for stage separation. Especially when asparagus staging. Sometimes not on purpurose but it helps anyways.

Do you have pictures of it. I want to make a 3 man lander on Eve. My biggest achievement was the landing on Duna and my first SSTO.

It would be nice to have some simple ballons to let probes float around inside the athmosphere of Jool or Eve like the Vega probes on Venus.

Like it seems unlikely that there will come an update very soon; is there any alterative to DR ? I really loved it.

WOW thats a hell of spaceship. The Jool V is pretty fascinating. I'm looking forward to the moment (far in the future) where i will also be able to bild awesome crafts like that.

This absolutely awesome i'd love the idea to name different locations how i want to. I hope it will be possible to do the same thing with planets

Right i've got a setup including 1 PC 1 notebook 2 monitors 1 joystick mouse keyboard and a tablet. On one monitor is KSP on the other is chrome with telemetry aswell on the notebook (telemachus plugin) on the tablet there are controls for the rocket and mechjeb. And sometimes even the phone to calculate planetary transfers. Maybe il buy an other monitor instead of a notebook... But i'm quiet happy with this setup.

Hi, I already did a journey to Duna and now i'm wondering how it is possible to return from the surface of Eve. I already have a bus to go there with 3 parts: kerbin departure stage, interplanetary&Eve departure stage and crew vehicule. The thing that i still need to have is a lander. I did experiments with asparagus staging but i didn't even get to a Kerbin orbit. And my probes are telling me that Eve has even a highter gravity. So i'm asking you as a community how have you done your manned Eve landing?

I'm doing stuff that should have been doned in real life like a multi probe launcher into the joolian system or a manned duna landing. I'm right now only using probes and im having a space station in LKO. I'm designing a spacecraft to explore Eeloo and after that i will try to bring a 3 man lander to Eve and return to Kerbin but im still having too much issues. So i'm doing it the "human way":D

I'l start a new one since i can easily reuse the .craft files to continue my ships and the probes sitting on other planets have already done their job.

I think it's to soon to talk about other stars. It will be more important when the kerbol system is finished and thats still a long way to go maybe you will be satisfied with it when its like the dev's want it. Altought something like in the space engine would be even more awesome its a freakin' overkill!

I wanted a design like the TROY concept but like we all know docking ports aren't that good during acceleration. I'm right now planning a manned trip to Eve that is even bigger. Especialy the lander wasn't that good. But i'l keep the rover because it was really awesome.

Well, it was my first manned interplanetary flight:) I'm currently sending probes into the Joolian system i've made already a surface probe to laythe. But i will go to Eve first to test out some stuff. Jool is still a long way to go...
