  2. After Apollo, there where several Programs how to use the expensive hardware foe something else. The only one that was released was the Space Station "Skylab". One of those programs was the Manned Venus Flyby, with a Saturn V without a lander. I used Mulbin's Munbug.
  3. Do you have Screenshots of the whole craft with this stage?
  4. Wow, I really like the Titan IV-B! Did you make the boosters by yourself or are they imitated from my Ares 1?

  7. After the great success of Apollo, it was nearly forgotten that also th Russians sent tiny versions of the Sojuz to the moon - but unmanned. Thank the people who achieved that great aim. The Craft File Proton Launch: The Second Stage: The third Stage: The Fourth Stage: Zond at the moon: Zond reentry: Zond Landin (if you ask, the light in the background is the Vehicle Assembly Building): Have Fun!

  9. This is what Boeing itself writes about it: http://www.boeing.com/boeing/defense-space/ic/sis/x37b_otv/x37b_otv.page
  10. OTV is for Orbital Test Vehicle, I think it's just to easy to confuse it with STS, which stands for a Shuttle mission. The lift is not much, so you have to come down very shallow to get the runway.
  11. OTV is just the name of the orbiter, like Atlantis or Discovery. OTV-1 is currently in orbit for the second time.
  12. At this Moment, OTV-1 is in orbit around the earth. It's an unmanned reuseable spaceship launched with an Atlas V (501) Lanch vehicle. The Craft File Launch: The rocket in flight: The rocket ins Centaur Stage Reentry: Successful landing: Have fun!
  13. Just saying: Kerbin radius: 600 km Earth radius: 6000 km DV for LKO: 4500 m/s DV for LEO: 12000 m/s
