  1. I think they should focus on integrating FAR and Deadly-Reentry before adding life support. But sure, It'd be nice to have an option to enable life support. I don't know if They'd want to waste their time on it though.
  2. I usually plan it out in my head, how I want it to look. Occasionally I'd make a sketch in paint.net Then I get right to it.

  4. On the navball? The numbers are constantly flipping around as you get lower and lower. if you keep the same throttle, gravity will eventually pull you faster than you want to go. So you need to keep throttling up (or down) a little bit, to slow the increment of those numbers, or even stop them.

When getting an intercept, capture, or whatever with a node: Its not always accurate, so I just go in map view with the navball enabled and when im done burning a node, the marker goes away but I can still keep burning in the nodes direction and remove the node, then watch the map until I get it perfectly how I want it. Or if I burned too much, just go burn in the exact opposite direction.

  8. Maybe we'll just get 250 million dollars since its being funded by the government. Then get budget cuts a kerbal year later and spend billions to fund wars.
  9. Duna doesn't have an atmosphere at all, therefore the airbreathing mode will not work on Duna. And also, other engines may be more efficient.
  10. Right now, mostly for mods. ex: Data relay satellite (RemoteTech, AntennaRange), Kethane scanner, ScanSAT scanner, Hullcam,unmanned science probe (before sending kerbals. Or if you have TACLS and dont wanna pack resources into the rocket. Etc
  11. The entire point of this suggestion is for people who run out of action groups.

  13. I think KSP should add these things I came up with called post-action groups. Basically in the action groups tab, you are limited to certain keys. But if you add the post-action groups, you can add a second action to that key. Let's take Custom01 for example, I set that to toggle my first rocket engine. Then I set a post-action group to toggle my second rocket engine. Then while I'm ingame, I'd press a button to switch between post-action group or actual action group. So let's say I'm ingame and I just pressed 1 to toggle my first engine, now I want to toggle my second one, I'll press ALT (or whatever key) + 1 to use my post-action to toggle my second engine. And we should be able to use a post-action group for each action-group key.

  16. You need a docking port of any size. There are 4 docking ports in the stock version of KSP, and when you dock you must have docking ports on both crafts if you want to dock to your space station. They must be the same type as-well. If you're fairly new to this, I must say that rendezvous and docking isn't as easy as you think. I recommend scott manley's tutorials, he seems pretty popular, although I didn't learn from him. But I'll also leave a link to my rendezvous/docking tutorial here: Incase you didn't know, rendezvous is meeting up with your vessel and docking is connecting it. Also, I'll leave some of my space station examples (these are mine): (my very first ) Goodluck with building! Don't give up! EDIT: And also they pull together automatically by magnetic force, once you're close enough and are aligned.

  18. Sup kerbonauts, I'm pretty sure some of you have developed some high tech weaponry in KSP. How about you showoff your stuff? I've created a few things, fighterjets, ASAT missiles, missile trucks, bombers, and etcetra. I still currently have a defense satellite in development which will carry around 50 missiles or so, and a sunbeam laser which can burn up anything in close range. And still working on some better surface to air missile vehicles and huge jets that'll carry a bunch of missiles. I've shown 2 things in this video: The first is the Awer 24 fighter jet, and the second is the Scorpion-1 STA (surface to air) missile truck.

  20. I just wait until its released and find a list of the new features. I might watch some videos too, idk. Too bad I wont be updating for a while after its released, due to mods.
