    Put it this way: -I get to go to space -I get to go to space on an awesome rocket -I get to go to the moon -I get a great view -I get to be part of a Lunar mission -I get to have a few minutes alone on the far side So yeah, pretty good. Might not beat the other two, but I'd be happy as a CM pilot.

    If it's a reusable SM/spacecraft, retracted. Otherwise it's nice to watch each one in its own little fireball.

    Have you thought about building doors that close? I'm not sure how, perhaps landing legs would work. It's a shame the structural pylons got nerfed.

    Inline docking port. Used that for my first docking and haven't used it since (except on my many failed SSTOs) EDIT: The largest monopropellant tank is also largely unused by me. 750 is a bit much as I do not build large ships generally.

    Air-breathing has a yellowish exhaust, Closed Cycle has a bluish-purplish exhaust. They also have slightly different sounds I think. You could also check the resource panel to see if you are draining oxidiser.

    Would you think about using the cupola as a command pod?

    It has low thrust at low altitude, but that could probably be solved by pairing it with turbojets/basic jets.

    I think just less than half fuel in each radial tank and the jet fuel tank was full. Enough for sustained atmospheric flight after reentry but not much for orbital manuevers.
