I found this I hope it helps you but I cannot make it work perfectely.
I first tried to place another user's runway and saved it (even if nothing can be launched outside KSC). It works and keep existing for the next fly.
Then I tried to build a hangar next to it with some static parts added by me using stock parts (and B9 parts) .mu. I was able to place it like I wanted (but building with this only tool is very hard lol) but even after using the save button (and F5) it dissapear every time I switch flies or quit the game.
Forgive my english, I am a french speaker =)
Hey, we have a french section with some really good mod savvy people, if you are worried about your english you can head over there where everyone speaks french.

That is a config file. Just make a new text file then copy and paste it into it.
I've popped these into place on my Duna rocket and have been testing in another save to make sure things work. Then I'll load up my back up quicksave from my main game and see if I can get it all up and on its way by the time the transfer window comes along.

It's not a problem, even smalled weapons were developed and issued. Davy Crockett was about 0.02kT, or 20T.
I just want to see someone make a 1 ton bomb, NUCLEAR GRENADES! Then we could make mini Orion engines just for them. Orion probes actually sound kind of cool. I think that it wouldn't even be that hard on Nyrath's end, just a few resizings of explosions and engine+magazine and then you got one. (still possibly able to be used on a ship nowhere near that size wow) But he would also want to make sure it doesn't use the larger magazines, that would be bad.

Sapphire, you should check out KSP Interstellar's microwave receiver. It works just like that! The concept definitely could make for some cool solar panels too though.
pretty sure they know that since they have KSP interstellar.

LCARS x32 is one of the best Star Trek LCARs recreations in the fact that it is actually functional unlike most of the other LCARS systems you will find which are just screensavers, LCARS x32 is located here. While there are many notable bugs in the software I experimented on my new laptop with it and found that voice commands work almost flawlessly. If you are a fan of Star Trek you should totally check LCARS x32 out!

You can build some nice function and good looking rockets with this. I love LLL.

The tiny radial engines when you have 16 of them on a landercan and they are at high power they kind of sound like Godzilla.

Nice parts, although if those things on the escape pods are Sepratrons I suggest replacing them with the small radial engine.
