Dozen different names for same thing? Brilliant. Not. Go away.

I set up my Cyborg FLY 5 and my old Logitech Attack 3 as rotation and translation, respectively.
Now that is taking it to the next level

Try going to higher orbit, change direction there and move back to low. It should use less fuel, if I'm not mistaken.

Water pipe is in Kerbal Space Program\KSP_Data\sharedassets10.assets file of the vanilla.

Is there a way to put the rover on a rocket that I have already made on a different save?
This mod combines 2 crafts in one, not sure if it is still compatible. And there is subassembly mod too

I don't understand why this system has been implemented into Sandbox mode, it seems more fitting with career mode.
Have you tried career mode?

Unfortunately, if you happened to exit the game (or, as it was in my case, your PC crashes) after reaching orbit (which means the game will have been saved) there is no revert flight option for you. It is do or die then, no way out of it.
As I said, I am not against the feature, it is just that it came so sudden, it feels like a bit of a sucker punch when you first realize the new danger but it's already too late.
Read the patch notes next time and start new save. Crybaby.

Try this tutorial.
The main point is to position your docking port properly so that you can fly as much as possible with assistance of instruments (navball)

I added a command module to my ship, and then I forgot which one was *the* module, so I selected one and deleted it, and either due to a mis-click or me just not paying attention I deleted both command modules.
Wait a minute....
*Selects new command module*
*Clicks on command module, deletes it*
OH MY GOD THIS IS THE GREATEST THING EVER THANK YOU SQUAD.
Being able to re-select command modules is probably the greatest thing since multiple flights. I think I love you guys.
Seriously. Squad, you have worked your butt off to be receptive to what the community is asking for, and I appreciate that. A fair chunk of what makes this game exciting is the exploration. There may not be much to see on each of these planets (yet), but there is so much to explore. In a way, adding all of this new content adds new forms of exploration, too. So thank you for all the awesome work you do to keep making the game more awesome.
Now I wonder how many features you have missed because you don't read patchnotes...

North Korea is taking notes.

... Quite frankly, KSP's forums are loads better as well– searching for the one post doesn't take an hour, it's either there or it's not, no scanning through 50000 posts with the same name (yet)
Funny, somehow I'm unable to find few posts between October and last month, maybe you could help me?
And if you people think KSP is still obscure unknown indie game, you should take a look at the Steam best seller list. It is in top 20 sellers all the time

Oh, look, it is this thread again!
Liked the information, hated the automation. So modified it to show more information and threw out all the automation.

NASA doesnt and has NEVER flown ascents by hand PERIOD
NASA hasnt made burns by hand since Mercury and Apollo XIII and only then because they didnt have the power to run the computer
NASA had to milk 2 amps out the LEM to get the CMD computer powered for re-entry on XIII
if NASA thinks its a good idea to have a guidance system im going to use one
the only part of the shuttles flight thats hand flown is final to touch down every thing is flown by the computer
that said i think there should be more interaction not just push button to burn for the Mun
you should have enter some Nav data for the burn ie how long, what way to keep pointed etc
In real life you cannot resurrect so when I play first person shooter if I die I uninstall game and never play it again.
This is a game. Everything is much simpler than in real life. Treat it as game. It is too easy on autopilot anyway.

I love your style, I love your design, I love your choice of music (and movie you got it from is in my top 3 movies ever). Sorry Superman, I got myself a new hero!

What wold you regard as "good orbit"?

I liked the part of Mecjeb that gave me more information.
I hated the part of MechJeb that gave me automation.
So I added more data and ripped out automation.
Should I buy KSP?

Buy it, it won't be finished in 4 years anyway
