I agree complacently Xeldrak why cant international sight use GMT/UTC where its timezone 0 it makes it so much easier to work with, and are we not supposed to do a 2 stage lander designed to randevu with a command module in luna orbit nor just a full return vehicle as the second is much easier. Also tntristan12 how much heavy is it, whats it's Delta-V as you'r lander looks good and is much smaller than mine (see page 2) i just hope its worth useing. -

hello everyone may i present the new 2 stage lander, it has increased delta-V to the original, more RCS, and a ton of lights you may grab your own copy from hear http://db.tt/4XzCktgK, the lander boats 6 light on the lower stage and power for them, 2 lights on the upper stage, loads of RCS allowing almost anyone to dock on there randevu with the command module in space, full scientific equipment, landing stage Delta-V 1,565, ascent stage Delta-V 1,157, and totaling in at only 67 parts and 15,760Kg or 15.75 ton's(metric) and yes i used kerbal engineer to get tows figgers so its not the lightest lander lightest but it will suffice for most people needs -
this will work..... to the MUUNNNN....... *KABOOM*

and all i did was recording my self failing to launch a simple Mun mission with kerbal engineer telling me that it has 15,000~ Delts V in the launch stage alone

the gremlins of KSP strike agen. mores seriously try verifying the files if you have it on steam or using the squad sight to grab clean copy of them and tell us if it happens agen.

you do know you can go faster if you dump thowes heavy ion engines and solar panels, as unless you make this FAR challenge we can just use infinity glider technology of KSP.

i made a small plain called ''the need for...'' that did 2218mp/s Also I did a flight with a variant of it that had only 2 sepratrons added of camera; and is capable of getting into orbit. If i angle it up once i achieved 2000mp/s and then use the sepratrons at the apoapsis, unfortunately Jeb is now stuck up there although He enjoyed it. -

my quic atempt that i first ran on the wrong copy of the game and had some crazy glitch but the flight went well over shooting in everything i did. -
it would appear the challenge do not require you to use jet engines but all of us have only used the so far

my record for a running TurboJets is only 30KM~ with my white bird SR-1 that somehow gets air at much higher heights but the terbojets just stop after a center altitude, I'm not sure why but its a slow craft only achiving 75mp/s by the end of the runway and and somehow flys but cant relay turn once it gets up to speed and altitude.
