  1. I actually got this into space. For some reason KER cant show how much delta-v is left.. but its still experimental.
  2. Ore is lighter than its components
  3. I designed a Fuel Cell Tank for my interplanetary SSTO. The Fuel Cell has a total mass of 48.7 T and is worth 12800 units of L+OF generating Fuel out of ORE in time. It is more efficient then bringing all the fuel up in tanks, but you will still have a bottleneck.
  4. This is nice! Like the idea, the colorscheme and the flag Going to test this on eve now
  5. The most awesome city generator is from Introversion. They started to make a game but they lost focus and could not make a real game. But the city generation is awesome and inspiring. If we could get something like this for KSP everyone could setup his own citys on planets and muns, with an interplanetary airport to bring the resource to build it..
  6. We could just teleport the information http://www.nature.com/nature/journal/v500/n7462/full/nature12422.html
  7. I personally have my FPS cap at 60 and its only stable in the starting screen? People want actually build huge space stations and big excavation plants... I wont say KSP was good game but we had not the technology for, haha
  8. just bring empty fuel tanks + RCU and push it back with a trebuchet
  9. I made it! I started to play the demo first too, and damn i dont reached the mün whatever i did (or an orbit what is it? =) In fact we lost Jeb in the name of =science= but we build a masterpiece of rocket in a strange mood, capable to reach the mün (straight!!), fly save to kerbin and land. This was my demo experience and i wanted more so i got the full version craft of my demo rocket, im proud of, and very happy it works in 21.1. http://pollix.de/ksp/in_memory_to_jeb.craft
  10. Well, this is my creation of which I never thought that it will take off, but it turnt out it is very easy to control and maybe a very good transporter for longtime missions. This is my first SPH that actually reached the 70km mark and above, I still not managed an orbit arround Kerbin, but i work on it. I have arround 12 versions of this and for the K-Prize this is the Turbo only - reached the 70km but i did not managed to land after 3 trys and thats it. The Turbo only has almost no stall and can turn 90 degree pretty easy and fast (without any rcs). Its still controllable in mach 3 but i dont like to add more intakes. It has very good aerodynamic characteristics, i actually managed a 2500m climb with 2 ion propulusion (0.01 TWR). Well next version is a real SSTO Inspiration:
