Yes, skillful doesn't play well with other mods. or outdated KSP. Make sure that those issues are solved and if the issues persist, try to give us as much detail as you can about your current KSP folder, and whats actually happening in the game. I will gladly help in any way i can. -
It kinda happened again. Sorta. Once i launched the aeris 3a, and crashed it, and reverted to launch and the carrier sitting offshore exploded. Then today. i crashed a tiny VTOL into the runway, and the probe was destroyed and it switched to the carrier, only to reveal the remains of an upside-down exploded carrier, and parts of it were on the bottom of the shore. Also, when this happened, i could no longer revert, or reload, or exit at all. I was forced to Alt+F4. Dont know if that helps you hunt it down or not. But. yeah. Hopefully it didnt autosave before i exited so that when i reload KSP the carrier is still there. Also, please do know that when i report these bugs i have no hard feelings for you about them at all. sorry if it sounds that way. Now im trying to help you by reporting any details about it that i can.

Is it really that difficult to understand? ITS NOT UNDER THE BRIDGE IN THE R&D CENTER. Its under the landing pad, on top of the VAB. Watch the video in the OP and you'll see what im talking about.

I just have one question. Why would you do this to us? why would you share that? words can not describe how angry i am now. Especially because i have no way to prove anything to him , and even if i did, it wouldnt do anything. although i do have to say, my favorite sentence of the whole thing is definitely this one right here. "Imagine your moving space ship - Apollo 13 - is suddenly attracted by moving Moon gravity that swings you around 180° and then Moon gravity stops and Earth gravity takes over again. Magic!" Um..how about physics? Gah. I wanna rant about this so bad. Hold me back. HOLD ME BACK!!!! -

I wasn't paying attention to the wheels, but i believe they were not clipping. I tried to replicate this yesterday with just the carrier and shark and it didnt happen. Maybe it was because i had two crafts on the shore when it actually happened or something. If it happens again ill make sure to take everything into account when observing it. I'll try to replicate the situation as exact as i can later EDIT: and it wasnt just the one part. The whole carrier teleported to the bottom of the ocean and disintegrated. EDIT 2: and im sorry if i sounded rude and demanding. It's just you always seem to skip my posts about problems and i was having a bad day the other day. Sorry. 'Tis all good?

I had the same problem.. i posted it in the boatparts thread but you didnt say anything about it. I only have Skillful and boatparts installed (besides hotrockets, which only touches effects of engines) and i docked a shark to the carrier and then undocked and when i switched to the shark the carrier was gone. The shark was hovering. Then it fell and i heard and explosion and looked down to see ~100 pieces of carrier exploding on the bottom of the ocean. EDIT: and also, no lag whatsoever -
Oh. I am sorry, I assumed too much. I was talking about people who thought just adding the mods the game would be all fine and dandy, and i assumed you were responding as one of them. Yes, if SQUAD wrote their own code for features that are currently in mods, and maybe based some code off of the mods code, then yes they wouldn't break every update. Sorry for my misunderstanding.

Hey, no need to be sorry. You've already given us two amazing (wait for it wait for it) out of this world (BAHAHAHA its not funny. both mods take place mainly on kerbin. ) mods. Mistakes happen, especially when its something as complicated as this. Also the way you jump on bugs is unbelievable. So no need to be sorry. In fact, we should be sorry that we put you through all of this for the mods. so you just don't worry about us. -
First off, SQUAD is familiar with their own code, not the codes of mods. Second off, since i've read multiple threads where you have been in a disagreement with someone, and i know you'll pick apart everything i say and find any loophole possible, I'll just let HarvesteR explain why. He posted this on the week before lasts devnote Tuesday.

I second this, it is exactly the same for me. After dropping the 2000 pound bombs max speed gets kicked up to 100 m/s, and dropping the 250s bring it up to 150. The areis 4c will not lift off with bombs and missiles attached, so it is not just the man-dingo. This also explainds why my A-10 thunderbolt Warthog was pitching down so much even after angling the horizontal stabilizer down. Also, why is it that incendiary bombs can blow up my plane while im flying away? like i drop them at ~100 meters above the ground, and when they hit im about 400-500m away yet everything overheats and explodes. Overpowered heat much? -
Ok to anybody who suggested SQUAD asking the authors of FAR/DRE/TAC if they could just add them right into the game...harvester said directly why they haven't and wont do this. If you havent noticed, all of these mods break every single update. Which would mean SQUAD would have to fix all the codes from those mods every update, and they arent familiar with them. It would be much easier to wait and write the code themselves so that it wont break every update.

Darn. I've actually been thinking about this a lot lately, because multiple times i've shown up at a thread with a continuing argument, and put an end to it with simple kind words. Actually once i managed to kill a thread entirely just because nobody knew what to say. there are other instances, but i wont go on about them. but i'm only 16. :/ maybe in two years, you guys will still accept a new moderator. -
I have a bug to report. I played on a clean save with BoatParts r4.5, skillful 1.whatever its the newest one downloaded it right after boatparts, and hot rockets (only edits the engine effects of stock, shouldn't cause any kinds of problems with skillful and boatparts) So what happened was, i launched the carrier (i took away the rudder in the front middle section, it caused it to turn slower) and then landed and docked the r5 WASP and SHARK. i then undocked the shark, and when i switched to it to take off, the carrier disappeared, and the plane was left floating for a second. Then the carrier exploded at the bottom of the ocean creating 100 pieces of debris, and the plane fell into the water. Any ideas?

When you are taking a lesson in earth/space science, and they try to teach a little about orbits and gravity, and you're sitting here sweating and shouting "No! No No No NO!!! It's all wrong!" and having a teacher wonder what the heck im talking about. (they were saying that eliptical orbits were ovals, like regular ovals, with 2 periapsi and two apoapsi on opposing sides, among various other obvious mistakes) -

Yeah, curse did that for me too, but for me it was because my computer went to screensaver, so it stopped the download part way through and said it was finished, but when i opened it it was corrupted. You just have to make sure it completely downloads. Also, use curse forge. its a lot simpler than regular curse. That sounds amazing! -
