Some atmospheric effects (clouds and such) for Kerbin and the other planets would be great. Some more planets would be fun too, though I'm willing to wait for those - I haven't even made it to Duna yet! We also need asteroids and comets, with adjustable orbits. Maybe even a "global killer" asteroid we need to deflect Armageddon-style before it hits Kerbin! Customizable colors would be nice; I'd like to be able to paint my ships how I want them to look. And some more uses for bases and space stations are needed, too.

I love it. At first I was reluctant to start from scratch with only a few parts to choose from, but it proved to be challenging enough to be fun. And I love finding all the science possibilities around the solar system!

The blue button that lets you unlock new parts of the tech tree for science points keeps disappearing. I have 113 points. Am I missing something?

Once you get the hang of it, career mode is awesome. There are easter eggs all over the place, waiting for you to find!

How do you use science to unlock new parts? There doesn't seem to be a relevant button in the R&D building.

I always include: - solar panels/nuclear power rod and batteries - SAS (all three of them) - wings for atmospheric craft - RCS thrusters and enough monofuel to last at least one docking - structural supports - launch supports - at least one docking port - lights placed so that each docking port is visible at all times - parachutes and landing gear for landers

I'd love something like this mainly for ships I want to assemble in orbit. I hate spending a week launching everything into orbit, firing up the engines and finding my Kerbals adrift in space because something gave. Spectacular failures are fun, but super frustrating when it takes a long time to get the ship built and ready.

Every real-world spacecraft has the symbol of its home country printed on it somewhere. Could it ever be possible to place the current mission flag on the side of a ship in the VAB/SPH? And perhaps, the name of the ship (like the space shuttles) as well?

A "super Earth" (Neptune-sized rocky planet) would be cool. A ringed gas giant would be awesome as well.
