I think this connection was a set of standards. Ok so trick is acceleration. Thats probably why. Explode after they crashed into each other in unintended ways with half full fuel tanks. With engines firing. Probably not too hard. I do it all the time trying to get my first stages separated and igniting second stages.

Jeb, Bill, and Bob are flying my first space station. Ill probably have to recover them soon once I finish construction and send them on something exciting. Note to self, design recovery/rescue ship.

Trying to build a space station, and I launched a few different compoents, but some didnt have either RCS (oops), or enough fuel to rendezvous. Figured ok, I can make a tugboat of out 2 ships docking. Bad idea. Blew up 2 ships completely. So, is there a way to move a ship around while docked to another ship safely?

First thanks for explaining this. Ive been looking for a post like this for 2 days! Big question, is there a manual for RT? As Ive got a lot of this figured out and reading this thread seems theres a lot of basic questions that keep getting repeated. Im willing to assist in writing one, if someone wants to answer all of it for me Regular question: Ive a 3man pod in range of several probes/satellites. They have connections. How do I remote control the probes from the pods? Right now its only letting me relay via the pods from Mission Control.
