  1. Hm, yeah I could have been better. The user below me will not send me a million (preferably american) bucks.
  2. I once played with Urania planet pack - THIS probably isn't a very good location:
  3. True. The user below me will not post a picture of himself. 0 _ O
  4. A test flight of the Astroliner VII into orbit has led me to conclude that I need less plane-fuel relative to rocket-mix. (looking forward to making a less-crappy Laythe video...) I forgot what low framerates were like! :^(
  5. I made a new cargo ship. I Really needed a prettier ride for Laythe; had some cool new trucks to get there; and most importantly need to make a less-crappy video about Laythe. Astroliner VII: It is more powerful then the Astroliner-V, flies better, lands better, looks better... just need to properly adjust the amount of plane-fuel relative to the rocket-mix. On the 1st fully loaded flight to orbit it had way too much plane-fuel left. Therefore the trans-planetary flight was postponed and ship returned - to fill up more oxidizer.
  6. Alrighty then... I have prepared a lander for Laythe: been a while since I refrained from clipping parts and stuff xD (It reaches orbit(twice!(!)(needs less boosters))) --- And I came to conclude that you guys aren't joking about Tylo being (a bit) hard. But the lander works fine if I start burning like mad at 22~25 km of altitude. That's not the final version! This is just to have an idea for what a suitable lander is. the science equipment will be modular, each lander will pick up the single science set for it's own mission. (except for the plane maybe) --- I also figured out how to properly collect science points and use the lab :-I This ship has squeezed everything out of Duna & Ike: Duna Mission (that was FUN...) So I'm totally bringing one of those with me.
  7. Hehehe x^D ... Here are today's career mode shenanigans: I sent my most scientifically-rewarding mission, to Duna. Once the ship got to Duna orbit though, I found out I have insufficient equipment. So I quickly sent a probe with an equipment-box to the ship, to take care of this problem: http://youtu.be/9OarOuMzVJ0 The rest of the Duna mission: I feel bad for not making a video of it... it was damn fun... x-D My best Duna mission ever.
  8. Banned for not acknowledging funky disco moves and calling them weird dance. ♫ "Bee Gees - Stayin' Alive" plays in background...
  9. Banned for not playing enough Metal Slug.
  10. I've been picking for temperate terras inside one of those star clusters. 'Cause that's where the funkiest skies are ;^) LOL this is so Laythe... x^D (orbiting a gas giant) I also wanted a good planet from where there's a nice HUGE view of a galaxy. This is also a temperate terra, near Andromeda:
  11. I want a Super-Earth, please make a Super-Earth. >:-I It's gonna be a good candidate for colonization. (*Super-Kerbin...)
  12. I am working on a Laythe lander for a Jool-5 mission. I needed to refrain from part-clipping so it qualifies for the challenge. Be assured that it reaches orbit. Twice!
  13. Those are Skipper motors. Absolutely 100% stock ;^) That was my super-pathetic attempt at imitating Brotoro's reusable lifters. (Mine were meant to land on their side...)
  14. I used my ~42 ton lifter, to put a bunch of 42 ton modules in orbit and then assemble them into a ship. (This is a bit old, my new rockets are much better-engineered) Now I can also do this using my 54 ton payload LKO plane: Unfortunately the Jool-5 challenge disqualifies it... so I'm gonna have to stick to the old-fashioned medieval way xD
