boxman: your ship doesn't constantly consume power if there isn't a probe core on it. A ship with no probe core consumes power because the SAS is always working to stabilize it, because when not warping it's never 100% still.

What I don't miss is how a rocket section would slide off from the top of an engine/fuel tank, unless you stitch each section to each other with 4 struts :/ That was ridiculous!

Sent an interplanetary probe to Mars, to check delta v requirements and orbital speeds: I didn't plan aerobraking, but to my amazement the probe remained perfectly intact during entry! and then crashed into the ground. Atmosphere was not as thin as all the descriptions made me think ;D ...And I forgot to check how long the trip takes. Later tested life support system. Used this ship to test crew endurance: The design was flawed, the CO2 recycler didn't generate air fast enough to supply the crew, so I had to cut the trip short and return after 40 days of orbiting. Damnit why were they breathing so heavily?? (ãƒŽà ² ç›Šà ² )ノ Heat shield was too narrow and stuff started to burn up & explode. O_O Endurance test #2: Used the converter which uses CO2 and water to generate air. Everything worked fine! Just gonna need to put more food for the Mars trip. Also added a half meter wider heat shield, and landed in the exact middle of nowhere Sahara.

So this is what I will spend the rest of my evening doing... Oh well! KSP will have to wait. This thing is funny

The fusion-Proglide blades are great. Even when they get dull, they're still better than a new Fusion blade (god these were a torture xD). fusion-proglide "power" blades have a fancy little comb on them, but it makes no difference. Only more expensive. The normal fusion-proglide is good enough! The shave is real good.

Maybe not the most elegant, but perhaps you could take example from my most effective ones: Each segment is 1 i-beam, 1 landing wheel, and 1 strut. Very strong, resilient, and good for landing on slopes - you can retract some of them to straighten your rocket. ...OR retract 2 sides, set steering, and roll your rocket downhill until reached desired destination... xD (don't mind my rockets, they didn't fly too far...xD)
