Dammit, my english is not good enough for nuances, I wrongly thought scaterrer should be installed, as SVE state in the first page : I guess that's why SVE replaced files into scatterer and EVE folders when I installed it ! Note that I did not get any visible bug or crash (I install Scaterrer, then EVE, then finally SVE).

This may sound a silly question, but I'm only starting a carreer mode game (and dreaming of a extra-Kerbinial base) : The "stock" in your title (Stock Base Ideas), does it refer to "stock" pieces? (translaton : may I built one day a base without specific mod) How do you "clic" the "rooms" in your base? Is is docking port? Would you post pics of your current base (to get me dreaming)?

Sorry if it's the wrong topic, but my research come with too much info on TWR max I understand TWR for stage 6 to be thrust (4 x 250 kN) divided by masse (50 795 kg) and g (9.81 m/s²), and that's fine it gives 2.0088. I thought TWR max is when the first 4 BACC are empty : TWR max = 4 x 250 kN / 20095 kg * 9.81 m/s² = 5.075 But KER displays 3.89 Where am I calculating wrongly? The 4 BACCs do not contain 30700 fuel? (50 795 - 30700 = 20095) ? Rocket is higher at the end, and gravity lower ?
  4. Follow up on this subject : I was thinking on using SVT (after running succefully Scaterrer, EVE and SVE). Since SVT needs KOPERNICUS it's safe to assume the all five work nicely together, yes?

KSP: 1.2 Windows 64bit Problem: crash on runway Mods installed: Chatterer 0.9.91 KER 1.1.2.6 EVE 1.2.2 Graphotron0.4.1 Precise Node 1.2.4 Reproduction steps: Hello, I had crashes with Precise Node, Chatterer, KER, Graphotron, Scatterer, SVE and EVE mods. I got rid of all, and perform a complet clean install. Resume play with Precise Node, Chatterer, KER, Graphotron => no problem for 5 days. add EVE => crah on runway. But I did also press F12 and now read that may cause problem (even if it's for large vessels ?). can you tell for the crah folder <= http://dl.free.fr/kMWbDVMhb were the crah came from? Log:

  8. Hello, I,'ve got an easy question (but hey, noob spoted!) : how do I move the left bottom windows (ressources, vessel..)? My guess they are from KES, but I cannot find a way (while at launch pad, it's fine, I can do it).   10. Something like, orbit velocity 72 m/s (reference = center of Minmus) but 20 m/s (relative to the surface) because Minus is rotating at say, 52 ms (white arrow)?
  11. While landing for the first time on Minmus, I noticed some discrepencies between the horizontal speed given by RPM (left) and the one from Ingeneer (right). A crude estimate while looking at the landing by the external view is that engenieer is a better estimate, but why the difference?   12. Thanks rbray89, you're right, after the first (long) load all is fine and nearly as fast as without your mod BUT with memory reduction. In my config, ratio first/second run times is not 2 but close to 3.5
  13. Thanks for the info. I did wait for 4 minutes before giving up (windows console report KSP.exe not responding) but I'll try again. Is the very very long loading time only on the first run, or is it still long when caching is done? EDIT: first run with 2-5 aggressive is up to 7'37 loading time, but reduce memory usage to 1.6 Go !! Run two : 2'03 (= close to 1'49 w/o active memory ) and still memory use 1.6 Go +++ yahoo +++ Concistant with KSP usage w/o Active Memory : 2.11 Go (1.6 Go + 415 Mo saved)
  14. Another issue here with 2-15 (agressive or basic). The game freeze at launch on Boulder/Clouds/Textures/Kerbin1 (several minutes). I have no crash folder or message, it just stop loading. KSP.log is here. EDIT : without ATM, KSP loads fine.
  15. Someone lately answer this for me, so I pass the favor : Go to C:\Game\Steam\SteamApps\common\Kerbal Space Program, look for KSP.log, open it (text editor) and search for "mem". Enjoy.
  16. The environement provided by this mod is awsome Sadely my KSP's mods start to get heavy on memory usage, so I have to choose between them. But it's sad to let go. Is there a way to configure chatterer in a 'light mode' so the RAM use is between 100 and 300 Mo ? EDIT : I tried without the extra "chat soundscape" 30 Mo file, and it seems to fit (an extra 200 Mo memory load), but i'm still happy from advice of more advance users.
  17. Hello, nice mod! No problem to install and run, i'm just confuse how to use it. The doc linked in page one concern the developpement of RaspPropMonitor, and I would be happy to fine some doc on the simple usage. Is there such a thing? Even basic stuff like : 1 = go and have fun with SCANSat (ok, it is on my todo list) 2 3 = docking port (err... ?) ... 7 = cam 1-8 (yes, I got this right) A B C etc..
  18. Could some nice Kerbalist point me to the direction of this log you refering to? I use window monitor to follow memory consumption but a log would be more accurate.
  19. Thanks for this mod, it makes wonder to reduce memory usage at each versions I went from 2.6 Giga used with 1.1 version to 2.5 Gig (2.7 basic) and 2.4 only with aggressive version. It cost a bit of loading time (1'55 for the first two but 3'40 for the aggressive) but it's worth it.

  21. Another question on Teemachus : how do you get the data on the graphs? (run on win 32 + chrome or firefox) When I try to set my mouse pointer to a coordinate, the data (height 5100.5 m time 25.5849849 sec) pop up shortly and vanished as it seems the pointer should remain stable with a pixel precision. Am I getting old (and parkinsonien) or is there a way to get those data displayed?
  22. Nice addon It may be noob friendely to specify that your addon is a plugin (it is, isn't it?), and goes to \Kerbal Space Program\Plugins (or Kerbal Space Program\Plugins\ScienceLog ? or just the dll ?).
