Finally managed to make a plane that actually achieved orbit. Too bad that's about all it can do but it helped me to understand what it takes. Now I can make more. Here she is in orbit: And landed safely which was actually my first successful landing too. Missing one engine but otherwise ok.

Here we have Jeb on his Minmus contract. When I started this mission it was in the midst of launching about 10 interplanetary mapping satellites and lander probes for distant planets. I used the same lifter for Jebs hastily made lander and literally have enough delta v to go just about anywhere. Waste much? However I did manga to stick this landing and should eventually be able to hit every biome and anomaly here.

Made this but still don't have everything quite right. Gave up after about 6 attempts. I need to read the tutorial sections again. Operator error I suspect.

Read a bunch of tutorials, but had a big problem with this thing veering off runway. Things are better now since I scrapped the design and started over but this lasted for about 2 hours of frustration.

Built this thing just because. It has twin Ion engines, all the latest mapping hardware and most science tools. I might make a space station one day, who knows... And did some part testing in order to be able to use funds on stuff like the above pic.

Well Jeb decided to sneak into the capsule and didn't get caught until the "Rescue" Mission was well underway. Poor little guy. Jeb should be ashamed. Look at him all smiles and stuff;.; Also, here is a good one I forgot I saved. Very first time playing contracts. Very first mission. Easy enough. Launch new vessel - Check, stage parachute with engine - check, hey wait...Do not achieve altitude of 5000m. HA! I really should post more stuff here. I read this thread every day and look at what everyone else is doing....

Continued building my deep space explorer. Ran into many snags. I tried to dock the last rover about 600 times over 4 days and it would not dock no matter what. So I ditched that plan. Decoupled the other rover and went to Minmus for science.

Built my first deep space explorer....Well actually Jeb was so exited that we learned how to dock that once we had 2 landers docked we hastily left for Minmus on a test run. Thankfully I did not save because it ended poorly. (Not much left of the lander to screenshot) Ship flew great though. F5 here I come.

I did nothing, as a matter of fact I haven't played in 30 days because I am at work and out of the country. However, I get to go home today and after many flights I hope to be playing by the end of the week.
