  1. I can confirm that this mod works flawlessly for me in 0.90.0. Of course, I don't have Tantares, if that helps.
  2. Gave this mod a whirl in 0.90.0, and this is now a mod I cannot live without. It makes science collection SOOOO much easier, and has practically put an end to the dangerous practice of collecting data via EVA (I still have to EVA in the time before I unlock the containers).
  3. I can't access the site right now. It gives me a 502 Bad Gateway error.
  4. KW Rocketry works just fine for me in 0.90.0, as do MechJeb, Station Science, and HGR.
  5. None of the DMagic parts are working for me in 0.90.0, either. That goes for the standalone parts and the Universal Storage versions.
  6. Well-timed update. I was using the previous version of US in 0.90, and none of the science parts worked (the US ones, that is; the stock ones work). Hopefully DMagic will get updated, too, because none of the standalone DMagic parts work either.
  7. There's now biomes on every planet and moon. This mod is now officially obsolete.
  8. Oh, I do use MechJeb. It's all about the timing, though. But I wouldn't even know what 20% fuel in the SM would be.
  9. Then how am I supposed to rendevouz with Skylab/Mir/ISS AND de-orbit? I mean, yes, I know about launch windows (I should really install Alarm Clock), but when it comes to launches, I tend to get impatient.
  10. I think I can still salvage this if I use the Saturn INT-20 instead. EDIT: It works! The Saturn INT-20 works!
  11. *sigh* There goes my alt-history. For now, at least. I'll create a second save and use NovaPunch as a stand-in for the time being, I guess.
  12. So, I'm trying to launch a Saturn 1B with a manned Apollo CSM to 100 km. However, there's never enough fuel to get to orbit. The first and second stages are full, and I've taken the advice to not fully fuel the SM. But no matter what, I can never get to 100 km (which is where I intend to launch Skylab, Mir, and the ISS as part of my alternate history playthrough). Note that I'm not using Real Solar System or Realism Overhaul, but I am using MechJeb. What am I doing wrong?
  13. Will this mod allow Realism Overhaul to work with just the DLL? Or do the parts need to be installed as well? I ask because I don't want any parts I don't need sucking up my memory (and memory is something I'm seriously watching).
  14. Is this mod supposed to hide parts? I downloaded several mods, and either this mod excludes parts to save memory, or I'm just not looking hard enough, in which case, the VAB needs a search function.
  15. I always use MechJeb. I'm sorry, but manual launching is too hard for me, unless it's a low-altitude test or I want to crash something 'cause I feel like it.
  16. This is an idea I'm putting into effect today. Rather than try to fit all of my addons into one GameData folder, I came up with something: divide them amongst two KSP installations! One installation is for Kerbal spacecraft, while the other is for replicating real-life spaceflight. Does this sound like a good idea?
  17. I have this installed, but the button never appears in-game. It did before 0.25. What's going on?
  18. I can't get on the site. It just shows an empty domain up for sale. Was this site shut down?
  19. In real-life, manned spacecraft are never launched manned on their first flight (except the Space Shuttle). Mercury, Gemini, Apollo, Vostok, Voskhod, Soyuz, and Orion all had unmanned test flights before they were deemed safe for manned flight. In KSP, you can't launch an unmanned command pod without a probe attached (mainly in a place that would make it look unrealistic, or where other parts that are supposed to go, if using mods). Perhaps in the next update, minimum crew requirements can be removed so we can carry out unmanned test flights of manned spacecraft.
  20. I went into the VAB on a new career save. I selected the Mk1 Pod, and then tried to drag a fuel tank. To my surprise, the tank would drag! Clicking again just caused it to be removed. I tried to exit the VAB, but it wouldn't work! So, then I clicked the load button, and that worked fine. Since I couldn't exit the VAB screen conventionally, I had no choice but to exit by using Task Manager to kill the process. This is the list of mods I'm using (in folder order): *Toolbar *Active Texture Management *AEIS Aerospace (not all of it; I got rid of the tanks and engines) *AmericanPack *K-Rover *BahaSP Animation *Better RoveMates *HOME2 *Coherent Contracts *Component Space Shuttle *Custom Biomes *DMagic *Engine Thrust Controller *FASA *Firespitter (plugin only) *HexCan Solid Fuel (don't even remember this one...) *Home Grown Rockets *ISS Community *Raster Prop Monitor *KAS *Kerbal Joint Reinforcement *KerbinSide *Klockheed Martin (plugins only) *KW Rocketry *Lionhead Aerospace Ltd. (Probes and ESA) *L-Tech *Infernal Robotics *MechJeb 2 *Kerbal Konstructs *Mod Statistics *MP Nazari (what?) *Munar Wheel *NehemiaInc *NovaPunch 2 *Procedural Fairings *RN Skylab *RN US Probes *Romfarer Lazors *ScanSatRPM *Science Alert *Ship Manifest *SovietPack *Station Science *Tarsier Space Tech *Kerbal Alarm Clock *Universal Storage *Landertron *MechJeb and RemoteTech for All (an old mod that I keep around so I don't have to attach the MechJeb casing to my ships; it still works!) *Module Manager Any help would be greatly appreciated. EDIT: Fixed. Either it rectified itself, or a mod causing it was one of the mods I deleted (including AEIS, Kerbal Konstructs, Kerbinside, and TweakScale).
  21. Well, we won't the crew transfer feature anymore, seeing as how Squad implemented it in 0.25.
  22. I've noticed just how ridgid the surface science system is. You can only take one surface sample in each biome for scientific results. In real-life, there's more than just sampling the surface. There's also studying the rocks, a very important thing done on all Martian rover missions. So, I'm suggesting that eventually, rocks could be added to terrestrial planet surfaces, each of which provides different science results with thousands of variables. This could be achieved either with Kerbals on EVA or with drills and scanners like on the MER and Curiosity. Other science improvements I have in mind include launching weather satellites to track weather conditions on both Kerbin and other planets (even Jool), satellites tracking climate change and global warming, and space telescopes (already in mods, but how about we see Squad take a shot at it?) with which you can discover planets, moons, stars, nebulae, and other cosmic formations.
  23. This bug is game-related so much as it the official website. After the Squad Patcher failed me yet again (rsync error 23, what's that about?), I went to the website to download 0.24.2. But it's giving me the weirdest error ever: Warning: session_start(): The session id is too long or contains illegal characters, valid characters are a-z, A-Z, 0-9 and '-,' in /host/www.kerbalspaceprogram.com/htdocs/lib/config.php on line 9 Warning: session_start(): Cannot send session cookie - headers already sent by (output started at /host/www.kerbalspaceprogram.com/htdocs/lib/config.php:9) in /host/www.kerbalspaceprogram.com/htdocs/lib/config.php on line 9 Warning: session_start(): Cannot send session cache limiter - headers already sent (output started at /host/www.kerbalspaceprogram.com/htdocs/lib/config.php:9) in /host/www.kerbalspaceprogram.com/htdocs/lib/config.php on line 9 Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /host/www.kerbalspaceprogram.com/htdocs/lib/config.php:9) in /host/www.kerbalspaceprogram.com/htdocs/lib/multiplayDwn.php on line 11 Invalid Token What is this gibberish?! This makes no sense! All I want to do is download the latest version from the website itself since the Squad Patcher comes up with rsync code 23, and now the website is coming up with this nonsensical error! EDIT: Mark this solved. Restarting the launcher did the trick with the update. EDIT #2: DON'T MARK THIS SOLVED! The website is still acting up! Note that this only applies for the Windows and Windows x64 versions of KSP 0.24.2. The other downloads work fine.
  24. How do I fix this?
