  1. lol.. great mod. Wonder if you could fit a little monkey inside there too. You should do a whole parts pack of experiments that match some of the early space flight tests. Found a short article that lists most of them. http://www.universetoday.com/25427/what-was-the-first-animal-in-space/
  2. yeah whatever it means that's the reason given in all the error logs i have. I've read just about every post about the x64 crashes and tried all the suggestions except for running in linux. So while we wait for the windows x64 issue/s to get addressed i'm crossing my fingers that i'll be able get it up and running on Linux... will be my first time messing with Linux actually so should be a fun learning experience. I guess these things are to be expected for a game that's under "heavy development".
  3. i just posted about the same thing in another thread. I'm experiencing the same type of crash, and for some reason it's gotten a lot worse over the past few days. A quick search will come up with many other posts like this that reference the same error "Unknown caused an Access Violation (0xc0000005) in module Unknown at 0033:038e0000" and/or "Write to location 038e0000 caused an access violation". So, I hope this gets addressed soon... but in the meantime i'm Def going to try the linux thing..
  4. I have this same issue but only when i have one of the planetfactory systems loaded. If i startup the game without loading one of those PF systems the kethane grid looks normal... but as soon as I load a PF system the grid shows just as you've described. Don't know if that helps identify the issue or not?
  5. That's along the same lines i was thinking too... because I tested to see what would happen without the mod installed and those same Trivial-level, test-part-while-landed, contracts all asked me to test on my home planet, Kerbin. So, it seems that Kerbin is sort of the default location for those types of contracts. And like you I was wondering if something with the mod was causing KSP to replace that "default" with one of the PF system planets. I'd like to poke around and figure it out but i just don't know enough about how the new contract system is programmed. I do hope we can keep PF CE alive, its one of my most favoritest mods ever
  6. I'm getting some odd results with this mod and the new contract system. I had the Urania system loaded, and started a brand new career. After the 1st round of contracts everything else that was offered to me wanted me test various parts while flying over Hestia within 1 DAY after accepting the contract. Hestia is a very distant moon in the Urania system and impossible to get to in just 1 day. So there's no way i could complete any of those contracts. So, i'm not sure why it happened... i assume that there is some kind of config file in the planet factory systems that KSP is using to generate the contracts and things aren't jiving.. but really not sure?
  7. I love this mod, but it's causing an annoying issue for me. It causes me to not be able to click on any of the buildings in the space center. If I play the game without pressing Alt-H to bring up Hyperedit, everything is fine. I can return to the space center and click on the buildings as normal. But as soon as I press alt-H to bring up Hyperedit it prevents me from clicking on any of the buildings in space center. I have to completely close and restart the game.
