I mean some structural part that allow us hold munar module beneath command module, i did not flow to mun long time but saturn like rocket was always problem for me, so i often used "Consetllation" style two rocket launch one for kerbals and one for Munar Module.

You can run a decent Apollo style mission using docking ports and separators. There's even a tutorial on it on the KSP wiki - Tutorial: Apollo 11.

The only thing I would want to add to that would be fairings around the LEM(MEM?) during launch. That can be done today with mods like Procedural Fairings, and probably with the stock fairings in the next release.

This has already been confirmed to be added in one of the devnotes (or was it a squadcast?). It will be possible to shape the fairings to do an Apollo-like setup.

Yeah, interstage fairings have already been confirmed for the next release, sounds like you'll be able to do exactly what you want to do with them.
