Holy Cow, I just got back on with KSP. I had a little bit of a career in .90, and then today I go into a new Sandbox to play with bigger toys for an hour or two and this is what happens on my first launch...

The Launchpad exploded? Whats with all the extra launch smoke? My rocket was undamaged...

The first picture is a rocket on the launch pad. The second picture is the same rocket on the exploding launchpad. I surmise the rocket was too heavy and caused the launchpad to be destroyed by the "impact" of the rocket going from on-rails prior to loading, to being more accurately modelled by the physics engine.

Yep, you guessed it.

It's kind of a known bug feature, but I'm not sure if SQUAD is planning to fix it...
