I have finally got most of mods for 1.0 and started an "official" career game. If I install 1.0.2 and copy all mods and savefiles from 1.0 is it probable that it will work? I do not want to wait everything again.

It's pretty likely. I just tried it and though many complained that they were for 1.0, on a quick check everything that I expected to work, worked. At least well enough to make trying wroth it for you.
