Also, you can add pratice/test mission:

Like the stock part test, you can purpose contract which test part (minigun etc) on a target maybe

&/Or

Generate Asteroid incoming in sub-orbital trajectory, and a mission to destroy it ? but keep in mind to give the time to make a vessel or go to the specific position of the predicted position of crash..

&/or

Space Invaders !!!!! lol, a strange vessel is approaching/is orbiting/flying at high altitude and its angry ...

I would absolutely love Air to Air! :D

You could do things like attacking a bunch of fighter craft, or maybe a bigger-bomber style craft with some aa-guns on it and escort, maybe a cloud of crafts and you only need to kill a VIP, maybe combined ground/air attack. No clue about how complicated the coding is, but it should work in the game mechanics.

Also, I seriously hope there's a mission for destroying enemy fighters parked at the island runway.

Or better, surprise attack with advantage, meaning the enemies are just starting their jet and you'll get a chance to kill them during liftoff. :D

Always a fun mean thing to do in IL2 Sturmovik.

Do you think you could come up with a way to integrate this into sandbox. i know that it takes away from it but it would be nice to be able to have a feature like this in sandbox, we all already know its a VERY nice feature to have in kerbal.

About do my mod in career mode.. it´s difficult because the game not allow contracts in sandbox mode. If you have some idea about that tell me please,

Create a persistence file with crafts. From there the user can engage with certain combatants if they please. Probably mark the 'enemy' crafts.

I think the ability for us to create vehicles for the enemy to use would be good.

Yea, maybe make them pull from a list of .craft files and all you have to do is follow a certain naming convention to make sure it pulls the right craft for the right mission.
