Merge only loads part of a craft

Hi all,

I tried Merge for the first time today in order to put the cargo in my Ares V for my constellation rebuild and all it does is load in part of the craft..

Is this a known issue with merge?

Also, I have constant KSP crashes that also crash my PC, corrupting my save file. It has happened twice now.. Anyway I start a new thread for that but I cant find a free website to upload my many crash logs. Any ideas?
