What can rotation do for YOU?

Well, it can do this.

I can\'t make it so that the bottom bit is any shorter, unfortunately. But the general structure will allow us to transition back from the tricoupler to any other symmetry, something previously impossible. Could be useful.

The fuel lines are there because the tricoupler doesn\'t let fuel flow in this manner.

I wanted it to look like the actual thing and work in much the same way (except SRBs can\'t be stacked yet... >.<)

Anyway, some pictures of how it flies (and it does, the asymmetrical design took ages to balance :D )

And I shall call it: Challenger.

Even when the separation works properly, it will never orbit, and definitely never land properly, due to the way it flies. It would need canards of some kind.

Also, Jebediah doesn\'t like re-usable space transport.

Okay, I just tried a design like this and my craft ended up bending like a tree in a high wind. Did you encounter the same? With this going on, launches are improbable.

Well, the rocket kept on titling over because the engine barely had enough power to lift the stack, if that\'s what you mean. This was just a proof of concept anyway, I\'ll almost certainly use it in a more useful design when I need to.

What happened :D? It looked like it was flying fine. Oh well, that\'s physics...
