This is 15 or 20 mods ;)

I don`t agree as I use the 6 pack of beer defence.

When in the supermarket and in the `10 items or less` I don`t count every beer so a six pack is one item.

RO is like that.

I know that splitting them like that might be considered cheating but I kind-of had to do it this way.

Yeah, once you go RO... there really is no going back. So after learning the fundamentals, i could no longer really play stock KSP, which makes the RSS/RO/RP-0 a must have for me from now on. KSP is awesome it really is, but what this modding community has done is take the game to the next level. I encourage everyone who has been ksping forever and never gotten into RP-0, now is great time. So far its been very stable and an amazing experience. Wish I could give all the modders a hug.

BD Armory

Throttle Controlled Avionics

Kie Fighter Ion Engine

Hyperedit

Kerbal Aircraft Expansion

Kerbal Inventory System

Kerbal Attachment System

GN Drive (if you don't know how to plot a course to your target, just go so fast you fly straight to it)

Mk2 Expansion

TCA is awesome for me, now I can use my hover tanks, without using those actually hover pads from another mod I tried. Much easier control in the case of TCA.

Kie Fighter mod gives me a cheat/vanilla engine. Powerful, but has restrictions.

I can't go that long without any Kopernicus pack installed, especially ones like Kumar's Dwarf Stars*, Outer Planets Mod, or any pack that adds in new stars. I also need HyperEdit to find Magic Boulders and test out planets I develop for Interstellar Adventure Revived and Kumar's Dwarf Stars.

*Okay, I may be biased on that one, but at least it isn't as game-crashingly laggy as IA-Revived! I still like that one too.

I've only been back to playing the game for a couple weeks. Even so, I'd say it would be impossible to specify "10 or less." There are just far too many awesome mods, and I have only begun to get them all installed.

That said, here is my mod list. So far, I'd call them ALL essential, though many of the ones that add stuff that is primarily late game I have yet to really experience.

IA-Revived wasn't laggy for me!

KAS/KIS (now since they are codependent they are one)
