Why are the boosters so small? They should be half to two thirds the size of the rocket. Other than that, the rocket looks good

uhm pretty much the whole lower part of the rocket.

Especially the part where the diameter is actually smaller wich isn't in the real soyuz.

erm, the lower part of the core stage is 2,05m in diameter on the real thing while the boosters largest diameter (at the bottom) have a 2.680m diameter

on the other end, the core stage top diameter is 2.57m, and it's widest point (just above the pointy end of the boosters) is 2.95m in diameter

The core of the rocket is awesome dude. Very well done. the outer boosters could be improved a bit. They need to be much longer and more shapely.

Yes it is the Progress includes Battman batteries and a probe core. I can try to make the boosters look better.

How should i make the core stage. It needs to be smaller than 1.25 m to be in scale.

Really I think it looks fine. I like how it's a bit "stubby" and thus more "Kerbal-looking".

BTW why fins? I searched for the proton M and Soyuz on Google but no rocket had them.

A engine cluster with thrust vectoring engines should provide enough stability right?
