1.0.0 Radiators?

I know that 1.0.3 has radiators, but I think the patches are too small for me. (Also, the radiators don't suit my purposes.) I'm looking for a 1.0.0 part to attach to the side of another part that's really small, will conduct heat away from it, and be the best at that job. Got anything?

Wings and elevons do the trick. Also solar panels, to a lesser degree.

You could try the near future line of mods. Nerta has a heat control mod in his lineup that includes a heat pipe that will move heat from one part to another and it is the size of a fuel line.

Have you tried the new deployable radiators? I haven't tried them yet myself, since the patch just came out yesterday and I haven't had a need yet, but they look pretty big and even have auto-rotation to minimize their solar exposure (i.e. the opposite of what solar panels do).

Sorry about the mini necro, but this doesn't need to exist anymore. The one overheating part for the one bad craft was a fairing; and when I took it off, the spacecraft this was meant to help functioned beautifully. So then... I'm just gonna change this to answered.
