Im New Here. I Build a Crawler with Kerbal_Foundries_Wheels_and_Repulsors_ALPHA-Beta_1.8g Mod for the Tracks. I Have Some Pics from it.

Later Maybe post i the Craft File.

Thanks. The Crawler have 207 Parts and i build it in 4h. But im not done. But the Rocket can only Manual used. MechJab Think, Stage 0 was not the Last Stage. And befor you can Start the Rocket, You must change the Control to the Rocket. The Craftfile coming soon.

If you set up mechjeb with the ascent profile you want and all that but leave activation until later, you could likely activate the autopilot once you've separated the rocket from from rest of the craft and be good to go from there.

I Build on a New Bigger Crawler. 40 Meter Long and 34 Meter Width. That was the Original dimension of the Nasa Crawler.

So my New Crawler i made it with SketchUp and like to Build a Mod for KSP. I Hope you Like that. The first Crawler will i give free in the Next 2 Days.

Looks great! I have been wanting something close to this but never could figure out how to design it. May I ask what mod you are using for the track units?

The Tracks are from Kerbal Foundries mod. But i have new Blueprints of this Crawler. Next time have i more Pics.

So i build the Crawler Plattform. Its done without Texturing. The Tower is still work and the Crawler self too.

I hope, you like my work. I think, i can it done in the next 3 Weeks.

Those mole tracks are definitely meant for this kind of application. Kerbal Foundries will be releasing a new version soon... not sure what the scale on "soon" is, but it's getting super close. Mostly a code update, but it definitely improves the tracks a lot.
