I am not new to these forums: I have been lurking around since October of 2014.

However, I have recently decided to take the leap and become an active member.

So... Hello. I have only two questions, one: how do I change my profile picture and two, does realism overhaul enhance graphics?

If you post a couple more times, the forum software believes you are not a spambot, and you'll get permission to customize your profile.

I do not use realism overhaul, but I trust someone who does will be along shortly.

Realism Overhaul is a mod pack that makes the game more realistic. It re-scales the Solar System and such. Play stock first and try the game out.

RSS/RO is more concerned with the mechanics of the game (though RSS has some neat real-planet texture packs that I wouldn't recommend using more than the 4K versions of unless you're using the Linux 64 bit KSP build). To make everything more pretty, there's mods like EVE or Planetshine, and probably a few others that people will no doubt mention.
