Hello. Cant find how to give rep point to someone special.

I see people giving reputation to each other, but when I wanted to give to someone whos work I admire, cant find how to do it. I searched and searched.

See the six-pointed-star on the little menu bar at the bottom of the posts? Click on that and you get a little dialog box for giving rep.
