KSP Wasn't Designed For This....

Now that you've invaded eve, what are you going to do next?

I will be posting the save file for this game like I said but, you know, it's kinda like opening up your closet to all your friends to show them your stuff; you need to do some housecleaning first to make sure there's nothing embarrassing in there... Commissioner Tadpole said he'll straighten up my Gilly base but there's enough stuff still in orbit of Eve to build at least one more large base on Eve - if you can get it to the surface in one piece.

I've colonized all the other planets except for Jool - I'll be posting those save games as well including Mun City. Then I'd like to start a company to design interplanetary Starships (Pirate Space Industries). After that my plan is to set up some infrastructure for the Kerbol system (in a single save file with as few active flights as possible) that will allow anyone to build a simple ship and fly and land it anywhere, and then post it for anyone to use. Then I want to get good at editing videos so I can show off all my cool stuff in a way that does justice to the effort I put in. After that I'll be diving deep into the Mods starting with Kopernicus (learning to create new worlds) and that could potentially keep me busy for years. Then I'll probably find myself a nice little cutie, settle down maybe with a couple kids, get myself a place on the the beach and retire... LOL

But first I need to head out of town for a trip - not to Disney Land but maybe I'll hit Caloway Park. I won't be playing much KSP for the next week or so but I may be checking in on the forum every once in a while.

I haven't touched KSP in a while but this makes me want to play some more. I though my six-ship mission record was something...

If you want to play this scenario for yourself in KSP V1.0.4 I've posted the quick save here:

Simply create a Sandbox game named "Eve", and download the file into the ...KSP_win\saves\Eve directory and rename it to "quicksave.sfs". Play the Eve game and hold F9 for three seconds to reload the quicksave and you're there.

Some parts have changed between the time I did this and the latest version so a few craft won't work quite right, but I've cleaned up most of the broken stuff. I would recommend using all of the remaining bases on Gilly - Eve is just too much work to try to build another base. Besides, it's bad enough that all the Kerbals already on the planet are stranded there...

Yeah I went a little overboard with this invasion... I mean colonization effort. I still want to do a little video tour for all those enthusiasts that don't want to crawl down the rabbit hole themselves. There's still about 30 flights to assemble in the save file.

Sorry for the necro but is there a download for all the ships? I know there is a download for the persistence.sfs file but I'd like to have the ships.
