Help with plugin

I could use some help on a plugin I'm helping with.

The first time it loaded the dll succesfully but the wormhole didn't moved me. Since then I keeps failing to load the dll.

Check that you are building for .NET 3.5 and not any later version.

changed to 3.5 and it still doesn't load

Are you trying to make the long awaited Improbability Drive (except for the wormhole part), because it looks like a good start
