1.0-1.04 Lag

Before 1.0 I could launch crafts around 250 parts without any lag. Now I cant even go to the launch pad without having lag. I could use some help guys, thanks:)

A better description of what you mean by lag would be helpful. Do you mean a generally slow frame rate or something else?

The DxDiag appears to show various Nvidia driver files on your machine but it only lists an integrated Intel HD series GPU. Do you have an Nvidia GPU too? If so then try configuring it to be used for KSP.

Also, make sure that your machine is not set to any sort of power saving mode as some laptops have an unhelpful habit of throttling the CPU clock speed down even when a program is thrashing a single core of the cpu.

The games performance dropped dramatically from version 0.90 onwards. I doubt there is an issue with your PC mate. It's just the game. Things should improve with unity 5 which will be the 1.1 update I would wait until after that.
