PLS cud any (good soul), can deal with this proposal:

Each contract has an expiration date. it is possible to create a script to extend the expiration date of "xy" days?

(rules):

Applies to all contracts: both those still not taken and for those active?

(why):

If you use multiple contracts (mod: Custom kontract), sometimes you can not catch everything, if you are playing KSP career at HC settings. On HC setting is the progress in the game not fast enough. Low budget, the slower flow of scientific points, etc...

I often wondered why this is still needed and isn't implemented properly in stock. I assumed the exisitng long timeout were simply place holders until a better version replaced it, but it never came.

Perhaps the comming 1.0.5 patch, which is supposed to improve the contract system, fixes it, but probably not
